Knox Gelatin has changed my game so much because my joint finger pain is almost 100% gone when I drink this stuff. Can’t say enough good things about it.
I’ve suggested it to so many people that I decided to make a video about mixing it in your cold beverage (never hot or warm!).
Sprinkle some in the drink, stir & repeat about 3 times. Do not dump a spoonful at once.
I noticed significant improvement is about 48 hours.
