Epic IFR LESSON 1 - everything but the kitchen sink !! - Diamond DA40 NG - EYZ

....well this one was interesting....the first leg in a 4 leg, 12 hour IFR lesson as my instructor joins me on a flight from Oshawa, Canada to Birmingham, Alabama.....this is the first leg from Oshawa to Dayton, Ohio. We encountered so many different weather conditions that made this flight super challenging....an incredible learning experience. Big thanks to Bob and I hope you enjoy watching.....EYZ.

I was amazed at how stable the Katana was.

nice :))) what temp do you turn on pitot heat ?

Good eye.....should have been on at take off......but missed....noticed about 30mins into the flight.......hope you are doing well !!
