I agree. I’ve been doing Pilates for a while (on and off), I say this is definitely not beginner friendly but is a good challenge! My legs were shaking towards the end of the bottom half portion!

That was awesome Madeline! Prob my favorite so far- really targeted some arms and shoulder and hip muscles I didn't even know needed stretching...ouch, but so good❤
I love your videos! Is it possible for you to give some verbal guidance throughout to make sure we're doing the proper technique and why it's important? I say this because I used to arch my back a little during some exercises until an instructor corrected me and explained why, and that completely improved my form and has been giving me better results!
Day 1- My legs were shaking like the cartoon characters when they get cold🥶✅️ Day 2- I noticed while doing daily stuff I was way more flexible,in todays workout I started shaking a lot less too and I've been seeing mini resulsts already😮✅️ Come back for tmrw lol

I feel like my hips aren’t flexible enough to lift my legs are high as you do for those side exercises. I don’t think they’re strong enough either, I really struggle to hold myself up without it cramping. Any tips on that?
Oh that’s 100% ok. Keep in mind my range of motion is this way because I am a Pilates instructor as my full time job. It’s totally ok if your leg or whatever can only move an inch at a time. We all start somewhere. I just preform these moves in full range of motion as an example !! But do what’s in your capacity and you’ll slowly improve little by little :)
