Not only have I reached my dream body without having to watch what I eat all the time, I also love working out now even though I've never really enjoyed doing sports. Day 24✅️ I am getting so much better at these workouts but I'm sad because it's ending. My body has become stronger, i can climb stairs easily, I can walk faster and so much more❤ Thank you so much for the workouts ❤
Day 24! I loved all the workouts so much! I started this month's plan after almost a year of not doing any kind of exercise, and I thought I'd quit. But you designed this program in a way that I wanted to come back for more! I almost didn't feel sore and tired the next day, which helped me to do them daily ( I did take breaks, and some days I combined 2 days in one, depending on my energy level that day). I feel much much stronger now! I feel my body became more "solid" after being soft and weak for so long. I didn't take before and after pictures, but i feel like my body did become more defined!

I am a figure skater of 8 years, and youre workouts are PERFECT for developing core and legs/quad strength. I have definitely noticed some changes in my body as this is my 2nd time completing this plan, but I have skipped a few days due too holidays and sometimes just needing a rest day. You have genuinely helped me with these videos, I know you haven’t even said anything about it but my mindset has changed quite a bit. I don’t cry as easily, I’m more happy, and I actually look forward to doing these workouts. Towards the end of this workout series I would like to say that even if I did it once in like 2 days (alongside other minimum lifestyle changes), I definitely observed an increase in my strength and stamina. It was amazing and pilates if definitely not for the weak!! 💯 and of course a huge thanks for Madeleine for the amazing video, might just repeat this one over once I finish round 1!!! 💓

Loved this , I love short workouts as I have a special needs daughter that’s always making messes & up early so I don’t have much time for me so I love the short workouts so thanks & I love Pilates ❤❤❤❤

Tomorrow i will finish this one month plan. This was my first time working out for a longer period of time in years. I feel like i have a bit more strength en condition, but i haven’t really seen changes in how my body looks. I didn’t expect to see a lot of change since this was my first completed workout plan after a long time of not working out. I want to continue with the pilates plans, but don’t know what will work better to see more changes and feel even better. Do you recommend te do this one month plan again, or do the one/ two week plans after i finished this?❤

I literally saw a video in which a man said that you can't lose your body fat. It stays in your body it jusy changes place and body fat depends on your genetics 😭. And now I see my belly I feel like maybe he's correct. I feel so demotivated 🤧😭💔
