Totally agree that Prince Of The Poverty Line is the best album. Every single song is a banger. Folkemon must be my second favourite one, but that's probably because I grew up with those albums. I also really like the cat on that album's cover haha. You can never go wrong with a cat!
I love that you did this video, not enough people even know about this amazing band... BUUUUT I'm sorry I just can't agree with your order... It's kind of all over the place... Although, now that I think about it, it'd be hard for me to order them like this because I'm a HUGE fan of this band, so it's like picking between children... but I have to say, I do think Jonah's Ark might be the overall best... for a few different reasons, but mainly because it's just a great package overall... good variety in terms of music, and the production is INSANE! Even to this day, this album sounds amazing... you can hear every single thing crystal clear... But I agree that Prince of Poverty Line is one of their best, I'd definetly put it in my top 3. Also, you should give Irrational Anthems another chance... I'm not a fan of the more folk sound myself, but the album is REALLY good.
I agree with most of what you said, however I can't really pick a favourite between their catalogue...their EP 'Tracks from the wilderness' has also got 2 songs you won't find anywhere, and they're ace!!! !..! Horns up !..!

@asafoetidajones8181 0 seconds ago Honestly, the pun/satirical aspect turns me off, and generally I tend towards hardcore punk/crust etc so prince of the poverty line, with it's harder edge and social critique/urban decay themes, is a huge album for me while the entire remainder of the catalog lags pretty far behind. Although if I did sit and rank, I think I'd be putting burn offering higher than most of the commenters, although not quite second or anything.
Finally, another Skyclad fan who puts Jonah's Ark amongst the worst of their albums. After a Burnt Offering..., it was such a disappointment. But with the greatest respect, Burnt Offering should just edge out Prince of the Poverty Line for top spot. Starting off with War and Disorder, and the magnificent juxtaposition of Churchill's "Long live the cause of freedom" with Sir Laurence Olivier's "This happened in our time and must not happen again" all the way through to Alone in Death's Shadow with it's play on Psalm 23 before Steve Ramsay and Dave Pugh launch into the mother of all dual solos, the album is a masterpiece. Prince... comes close, but just not close enough.
