What's funny is that pizzahead never intended to face peppino, the whole fight is him scrambling to assemble a final boss while pretending he is not getting folded like calzone.

So when he did he used his mech (which was originally just meant to intimidate him) which backfired severely, so he had to end up fighting on his own, but eventually he came up with the plan to assemble each member to fight him at once, but at this point Peppino's primal rage couldn't be stopped, and even the entire team at once was being quickly obliterated

4:03 always hits so hard, even in the original and the remake. Something about its dark and lower notes of the pizza tower motif just screams gritting your teeth and facing pizzahead head on despite all the pain and exhaustion.
I know this game is ridiculous and amazing, but that one bit just makes it feel like this fight really is serious, for a moment. I feel it belongs.

to be frank they were already perfectly sync'd. Not trying to knock this version or anything, it sounds great on it's own, but that was the one thing that was already kinda done.

Phase 1: Play testing his game online, the dev watches his poor game (pizzeria) getting butchered by the hacker's onslaught and faces off against him
Phase 2: Using hacks, the hacker (after getting his OP armor somehow destroyed) deforms the level to his image
Phase 3: Almost all of the bad players listed above join the hacker's team to gang up on the dev, he finally rages and bodies them all with the help of his followers (Gustavo)
i love the concept of the protagonist just having enough and then beats the crap out of the bad guy

Y'know, just _hearing_ this music is making me consider making a Hard-mode version of the Pizzahead fight, with more attacks, health, a true boss rush with all the attacks, whole nine yards.
The last segment at 8:59 would be repurposed from being the final part of the boss rush against Pizzahead to instead be the theme to Phase 4, bringing back the idea of Pizzahead getting _completely_ pissed off becuase of Peppino. No more minions, no more gimmicks, just him, his fists, and a fully-shown 24-large health bar.
