Something I noticed a few times after listening to this is that in part 3 the bosses are sweating, and Pepperman especially seems upset, it means that, in effect, they were nervous about facing the best boss in the game, Peppino.

SpectralSalty’s is really smart about its instrumentation, there’s a lot of tasty sounds in there, but broadly I think it’s missing the power it needs to stand on its own.
Richaad’s is really strong and has a lot of atmosphere, even if the instrumentation is a bit lacking, it can stand on its own so I might give it to Richaad
Both of these covers have some really strong points which is why I used them
