Hello! Thank you for your answer. I have used this expresion because at some point in the game(Warcraft 3) Arthas introduces himself as the first of the Lich King's Death Knight. I am aware that before him was few others.
Those death knights were not the same zt all though. They only share the same name but they were a completely different kind of undead, and the modern death knights are not at all a continuation of those of the Demonic Horde.
