Hop's final theme always had me blown away. I also don't remember Charman Rose's theme going in so hard because of how forgettable he is lmao, I beat him so fast.
The character maybe forgettable (not that much since he is important for Bede devolvement). But c'mon his battle theme is unavoidable. Once you hear it first time how can you forget it?
The difficulty this game had... was a completely joke. However, the OST beats so hard anytime I listen to any track. I enjoyed SW/SH but I expected more. At least it went better with Scarlet/Violet (at least for me) although there are some aspects to improve for the next generation.

Hop's Final Battle, Leon's Battle Theme, Pier's theme, Eternatus phase 3, the end credits, and maybe the Tournament finals theme and Slumbering Wield, but other than that... I'm not really too fond. Even Bede's theme doesn't do it for me. Maybe it's because of his character, I don't know.
I've always been a fan of Hop and Leon's designs, dynamics, and music. They really made these games what they are based on these two alone, and I will always love them for it. Oh yeah, and Battle Tower ❤
You can’t lie, Dynamax Legendary theme absolutely slaps. I spent more time stalling to hear the music than actual battling. I blame Zygarde for that tho, screw that fight
I'm not that big of a fan of Gen 8 music besides a couple tracks but I can see how important it was for what eventually became the behemoth that Gen 9 music is, like the cheers and melodic voices and a lot of other tricks that weren't as common for Pokemon games but are the core of what makes Gen 9 music so awesome.
Ngl i wasnt reallt a fam of hen 8s music. A few standout tracks i liked but It was kinda underwhelming. Not bad or anything in fact id say 6.5/10 or maybe 7 but in the pokemon franchise its normally like 9s or 10s lol
