If the limit is 25, put some speedbumps there. It helps much more than ticket everyone, unless your goal is actually collect maximum amount of money.

Girl, y’all need some HELP!
I did call for help the Lowell Police department after been assaulted by 2 men and a woman. 2017 ,november7...was given a false report by a woman police officer after she walked towards me with a gun and had me do things she told me to do and tell me she didn't. Beware!! She had a good cop with her ,with watery eyes😢
