- Follow Tulsa Police Officer Travis and see what a day in his life looks for him as he gets ready for work and while patrolling the streets of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
As we rode with him, we learned that he is a devoted father, husband, and small business owner. He is a phenomenal individual! You will also get a glimpse of his family life.
Finally, you will see him in action as he trains jujitsu, a new discipline he has incorporated into his routine. Even though he is entry level, you can see how his background in CrossFit makes him competitive.
The Tulsa Police Department created a Day In The Life series to showcase the amazing work each of our officers do and to show the human side behind the badge.

So good to see Tulsa PD training in Jiu Jitsu!
Those breacher shields are so heavy! I became pretty close to the local Sergeant of SWAT working at a coffee shop awhile back. He let me see a lot of cool stuff. He actually pulled up in a Bearcat once and let me inside to check it out it was so cool.
