fantastic game. and the company deserves the highest praise for the box design. everything fits in a perfect spot. everything fits without issue. this is how it should be done.
Can't agree enough. This game is pure enjoyment. After playing a friend's copy with my ten and fourteen year old we backed the Kickstarter that same day.
Another great video, sir. I have not played this game but I would like to. It reminds me of an old Kickstarter game (2016) called The Devil's Run: Route 666.
You like Powerboats (its in your top 100). You say Joyride has some Powerboat vibes, so I am guessing you might like that even though there is a bit of a copy-issue. So my question is, if there can be only one (due to the fragrant Rachel Reeves' grabby ideology), would it be Vendetta or Joyride?
I despise boardgames where the base game is vanilla and then they give you expansions where you can mix and match rules, like "here you go asshole, you figure out what's best"
I just keep watching this over and over. This channel speaks to me! I have this box set. I also have the 3d terrain. Plus the kickatarter for the latest expansion. I love this game.

I played the bog standard version of this back at UKGE and thought it was fun, but a big one dimensional- maybe the chrome version is worth it. Is it available to purchase or was your funky version a limited edition? Would you consider house ruling a come back clause for dead players to rejoin the game on a bicycle or a bus?
I backed the last KS so I’m not sure what was exclusive if anything. We thought about house ruling something but as the game ends shortly after an elimination we found it wasn’t worth it.
I’m clearly in the minority but baffled how this one gets as much love as it does. Yeh I’ve not played with the expansions but if a game needs expansions to be any good that’s an issue for me and my wallet
I never consider this game cause they are too lazy to make a simple 20 card deck AI to play solo or add some opponents. Want to love this game and pretty curious to see what you have to say about this expensive game with dollar store D6 dice. Thanks for sharing. 👌
My 2c. This game would be boring solo. All the fun comes from taking silly risks with friends and laughing at others misfortune only to crash into a wall and explode your self. Doesn't really translate to a solo experience as playing the game to win isn't actually very fun. You have to play into the theme and risk it all constantly.
There is no hidden information you can play multiple sides and have no problems like playing both sides of a chess board. Just do that. Most of the fun of the game is in the stories told anyway.
I'm in the same boat when it comes to player elimination. The saving grace is as you said, first player out triggers the finish line. I'm a big fan of Cthulhu: Death May Die and they do similar but as a co-op. If a player gets eliminated early on, everyone loses. But, towards the end it is absolutely possible for a player to be eliminated and just have nothing to do while waiting for the game to finish.
Sorry mate, I had the wrong tone. I mainly thought it was a missed opportunity. I've mainly worked with documentaries and music videos on an entry level a long time ago.
You’re the king of UA-cam board gamers!
Another brilliant review. You're the best. Right off the top shelf.

Agreed. Stunning insert.
I love this game. So much fun. Looking forward to trying out the expansions to see how that changes things

Just received this from the latest Kickstarter. Hopefully Santa brings me some friends year so I can play it. 🙌🏻
You a true hero of the boardgaming

I am a huge fan myself and a massive hit with my 6 year old boy
Glad your boy enjoys your company.
@XCM666 yeah, mainly when he can send one of my cars flying into a mountain
Love the neon bollocks in the background
Would’ve been nice if it actually lit up…I think it’s knackered.
Really enjoyable game. I love taking crazy risks so this is right up my alley.
Does look good, due to all the extra stuff needed. Will play before I buy.

I just grabbed Joyride Turbo so keep an eye out for a review at some point.
We love you Mr. BIG Bolloxs 😂
How would you know?
That's weird lol
I'm waiting on the Carnival of Chaos to ship. Thanks Bollocks!

I just throw everything in with this

3:00 yellow should have gone backwards - but if you're playing the die 'that way round' every time it technically doesn't matter.
Congrats for being the guy who points out the deliberate error. I put these in to trap unsuspecting rules lawyers in the comments 👍🏻

@donnakeferlis1649 if you’re watching my videos to learn a game then god help you.
You should try Joyride. It's also made by folks from UK. It's less random than Thunder Road and not as boring as Heat.
I’m looking for the Turbo edition as I type this. OOS on the publishers website so that sucks.

Would love this but the price point is ridiculous.
Tru dat

I didn’t care for the base game either. But if it’s all bundled in one package then it’s not really reliant on expansions.
Game on!!!
Bullocks light go out?
Yea I guess it didn’t want to play ball on this one

Get some friends perhaps?

There’s solo rules on BoardgameShite website
great video and I understand why some people like the game but I just can't support that company
What's going on with this company if may ask ?
I really enjoy this and i've only got the base game.. Sort of feels like it ought to be a kids game this, but, if you're having fun, then so what!?

Bolllooks! You’ve just made want a game I can’t get! Good video nonetheless.
Why can’t you get it?

Oh this is bollocks! I got all excited about owning this until I went to find this game to buy. It's drier out there than Mad Max's arse crack!
Mad Max has an arse crack?
@@BoardGameBollocks Well... The VHS version my dad hid behind the drinks cabinet definitely had one

I love this game, but you messed up the editing and displayed extra ammo cards while talking about the choppe shop expansion and vice versa.
I didn’t mess anything up. I just didn’t tie the visuals directly into what I was saying.
Do you have a link to your Oscar winning blockbuster?

Fair play mate. I’m an amateur who doesn’t know what they’re doing.
