It seems when tying the knots on both verticals, you did not pull all the slack off, it is noticeable that the clamps moved after you released the base, thus losing a great deal of tensions on the mains. I would assume those slacks would slowly migrate to the mains near the center thus losing the tension in the sweet spot!
On the stringing machine..once you've locked the racket on its frame the shaft is then noticeably shaking if moved or touched. So as you're stringing it what happens if you accidentally touched or hit the base of the shaft or the holder or the grip as you're moving/rotating the racket in 360 degree horizontally? Will that 'ruined' or in anyway affect the racket?
And yet Yonex stringing patterns recommended 2 piece (4 knot) stringing!! 4 Knots doesn't make tension unreliable, unless you cant string properly. On the basis of this video, I'd say this is quality work; its planned, well thought through and methodical.
So why is it that badminton stringers string a racquet where the mains finish at the bottom, and the crosses are done bottom to top, using two piece method. Why not just use one piece??
Use a cross string(where vertical meets horizontal) Thats all i can share, because the rest is my secret technique. The problem with most knots is that most stringers tie them on a single string grommet which does in fact ruin the grommet and the hole which results in a shorter life time for the racket. I have friends whose rackets broke in 2 years with standard single string knots. I have a customer with a 1996 racket that I strung over 35 times and it is still in prime condition with my knots.
For the main string you should pull 2 at the beginning not just only one..the correct way u watch master halim stringer thats is the correct way to strung the racquet
Pretty good and fast.It will be faster with Ektelon type Two point supports machine and Yonex or any other Double string clamp spring action clamps. The knots are quite extensive, i don't think they needed to be that elaborate.I.G.London
sau khi trừ đi sai số thì là 11.5 nha bạn. nếu bạn đem đến shop cầu lông ở vn thì bạn kêu đan 11.5 thì mình sẽ đan 26lbs. Hehe nhân tiện shop mình là ABC Sport ở Q7 nhé.
If i have put the main string in the racket before i put the racket in the maskine so best time for me just under 9min. Iam not proud of that. Iam proud of that i have string 150 racket in 3 days. I do easly 10racket in 3hour no problem. And now guys want videos. I can do when ever i want under 10mins with the main string allready in the racket. To put the string in the racket will take much under 2min.
electric machine so slow..... i can do it in 13 min on a 1992 stringing machine with hand crank and tension spring, 2 knots, any string, any tension, any racket. I was on the Olympic Stringing team for the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, and on another stringing team for the 2005 World Cup in Anaheim.
Alan Kakinami yes, Li Ling is from China. But I tried it before is much quicker without strings getting caught and more human geometric. Plus don't need to do the loop thing anymore since they are designed like that. My best time on that machine is 20 mins. Normally needs 23- 25mins.
+Jerry Hellström who the hell is playing a badminton racket with 15kg+? No sane person would ever do that. Besides that, what should be weird about Alans stringing style? Looks pretty normal, but well rounded to me though.
This is rubbish, who ties a 4 knot string. Normally people do it in 2 knot. 4 knot, they can reuse any string if they are long enough. And 4 knots make your tension unreliable.. Lousy but indeed fast

Impressive stringing skills! You killed it, Bro!

Do you not change tension on the cross string and when knotting?
How can we identify wish pattern is suitable with racket
What is the difference between 2 and 4 knots? is anything of this better or worse?
Can you string tennis rackets in this machine???
Yes it can. Any racket
And yet Yonex stringing patterns recommended 2 piece (4 knot) stringing!! 4 Knots doesn't make tension unreliable, unless you cant string properly.

im use a voltric z f 2 with bg66. what ur recomended for tension n knot ? bro alan
usually how long?
Is it better to have 4 knots or 2 knots?
AK I need some advice on string tension on mains and crosses . Will FB message you if that's ok.
Sir please tell me how much clamps should be tight to grip tha gut?
As little as possible..
This is quality work. No doubt.
very impressive!nice work!could you explain how you do the knots?thanks man!
pro!! what tension would you recommend for an intermediate player btw? been learning about 2 years
Why not make it 30+ tension if that is a racket of a pro?
watch it in 720p HD! very detailed! :)
how do you get strings through blocked grommets so easily?
You just lift the string a little from the inside of the frame...
no prestretch?

kuya marunong rin pu ba kayong mag badminton higit pa diyaan sa ginagawa ninyo?
one more thing to add is that single string knots allows the racket to lose its tension faster.

send me or post a video of your 13 mins string job on a crank. i'd love to see it!
Alan is a CHAMP stringer!!!
No idea bro. I believe it's badminton rackets as it's a discussion about badminton. Still waiting to see the videos tho.
my best at 19m , 2knots , manual stringing machine , yonex bg66 , 27lbs , i want a electronic machine for better time
Pretty good and fast.It will be faster with Ektelon type Two point supports machine and Yonex or any other Double string clamp spring action clamps. The knots are quite extensive, i don't think they needed to be that elaborate.I.G.London
Why would it be faster with the old eketelon crank machine? I have one and I don't like the clamp when clamps the last few mains. Tedious to use.
26 lbs, that means how many kgs?
Việt Anh Phạm 26 / 2.2

real nice machine by the way
😳omg !!!
I see you use two pieces of string for the mains and crosses. Wouldn't it be better to use one string and have two knots instead of four?
ok, Thanks for the info.

Jerry Hellström show us a video or it never happened. :)
BadmintonCentralTV Do you guys still make new videos?
Lol. This guy is everywhere criticizing other pro stringers or making proud claims about his work - but where's proof?? LOL. JUST LOL.
dekat mana

I think everyone would like to see the video of jerry hellstrom doing his rackets in 10 minutes if its actually true!
i love your shirt bro

Was that when you won the gold medal in modesty?
Hot damn.
the majority of ametuar stringers including myself do 4 knot and actually i find it extremely reliable so in ur face dude
fast forwarded?
niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Are you implying this isn't quality work?
Here is one. Read the Description! /watch?v=R7JVK4uxBHk
Really good stringing video, not sure about the shirt ...
You're 5mins ahead of me😂
I guess u could be even faster if you use a Lee ling machine
Alan Kakinami yes, Li Ling is from China. But I tried it before is much quicker without strings getting caught and more human geometric. Plus don't need to do the loop thing anymore since they are designed like that. My best time on that machine is 20 mins. Normally needs 23- 25mins.
People only noticed how fat he strung it...but the really whopper is the knot he did
People wanted is quality not fast doing.
very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very FAST!!!!
Someone did it in 7 mins
OMG SO FAST .... @@
so fast T~T
Your stringin style are too wierd. I have use the same method over 20years now and no problem to make 17.5kg tension stringins.
+Jerry Hellström who the hell is playing a badminton racket with 15kg+? No sane person would ever do that. Besides that, what should be weird about Alans stringing style? Looks pretty normal, but well rounded to me though.
Well i can say that i do string also 18kg stringings. 15kg is quite common here in Finland..
Is your t-shirt from an LGBT support campaign? Sure sounds that way.
