Wotso Videos because he did not want to kill his Nephew his self he kind of like him show he had run right after that he sent his boys after his Nephew
I think he still wanted Simba to think it was his fault for what happened to his father. He didn’t want Simba to think it was all Scar. Simba trusted Scar at that age, and took his advice to run away
But the point of this is that Scar shouldn’t have cared what Simba thought. The logical thing to do was for Scar to go down into the gorge and kill Simba so there would be nobody left to challenge him for the throne, and then lie to the pride and say that Simba died in the stampede just like Mufasa did.
In my opinion, I think the reason why is shown just by the one of the first scenes we see with Scar, where he is playing around with a mouse. And Zazu tells him to "not play with his food". Scar doesn't outright kill others, he prefers to toy with them. Play with them. (Maybe because Mufasa was stronger - so he just got used to the idea of indirectly killing others?). Even when trying to kill Mufasa, he organized a way for him to be trampled over, so with Simba, he doesn't try to directly kill. He prefers someone else doing the dirty work and him watching it with his own eyes. It is a chilling and fatal fault with his character.

I think there was another benefit to having the hyena's finish off Simba, and that's diplomacy. The hyenas only failed the first time because Mufasa stepped in. Well now Mufasa's dead. So it's a chance for the hyena's to redeem themselves and feel they are playing a vital part.
That would explain why Scar blamed Mufasa's death on the hyena's. The hyena's were redeemed for a while in Scar's eyes, but once Scar realized they failed to kill Simba, Scar only saw them as pawns to shift the blame. In the end, Scar couldn't keep up with his own lies and deceit, turning his death into poetic justice.
He probably literally didn't want blood on his paws, THE LIONESSES WOULD SMELL IT, and the only ways to get it off would be to wash it at a watering hole, where animals such as Hippo and other animals that featured in "Just can't wait to be king" would witness him doing so, and the only other method would be to disguise it with something that smells stronger, and the most widely available method would be dung, also Zazu would only be unconscious for so long
i mean if scar tried to kill simba himself there would be claw marks or something to show that scar was the one responsible, so i guess he just left it to the hyenas
Obviously he left it to the hyenas, Scar told Simba to run & when he did, the hyenas showed up out the mist & Scar tells them "kill him" so then they give chase.
Maybe he was worried Zazu would regain conscious after he got KO'd. I mean if Zazu saw Scar going after Simba he would have told the rest of the pride and Scar would have been totally screwed. Having the Hyena's do his dirty work would have been a good way to cover his bases if the pride ever did turn on him. Of course we all know what happened when Scar turned on the Hyena's.
Maybe scar had that bad feeling of thinking it will haunt him like when he thought mufasa came back when he said mufasa no your dead because he caused himself some sins getting a guilty conscience
Also have to consider the fact that Mufasa was his brother. They grew up together. He even aided in Mufasa's reign as leader of the Lion Guard (before he ruined it). All of that relationship and then ending it simply to rule. Was life as a prince, brother to the king, really that bad?
@@UmmYeahOk technically he didnt ruin it himself he was bite by a snake and that venom in the snake bite twisted his brain , morals , and sense of right and wrong . ( which also how he got his scar)
I personally feel there is another, more immediate reason why Scar couldn’t do it himself, and that reason is the presence of another character who was at the gorge. Zazu. Scar knocked him into a wall, maybe knocking him out. He had to come up with a reason for doing that, and there was no telling when Zazu would wake up. He had to send the Heyenas because he had to come up with a good story and convince Zazu.
Maybe it's just like what Zazu said earlier in the film: Scar likes to play with his food. He is a calculating and meticulous sort, so having Simba die the way he believed he did was probably more pleasing to him than just simply killing him bluntly. 🤷 TBH though he probably didn't really concern himself with it all that much. In his mind Simba would have been dead either way, so he might as well just let the hyenas do it instead of getting his paws dirty( though he really shouldn't be surprised that the hyenas failed)
Which means scar Said must have slipped my mind and Guess what this Plan of his and his words With pride rock he tried to control really seems though his words of saying must have slipped my mind Describe what his Mind really is To fail.
The real reason is: Scar originally organized the death of mufasa and simba by them dying in the stampede which will leave him non-guilty in pride-members eyes. Mufasa died the way scar wanted, however scar wanted mufasa to fail at saving simba which didn't happen. Hypothetically, if scar killed simba then, there would be blood stains which would make scar guilty. For that reason scar manipulated simba into thinking he's guilty and told him to run away. In this way the hyenas can kill simba far away from the pride lands leaving no blood stains near mufasa's body.
Actually, the new Movie showed us a better reason. While I don't like it when remakes change the originals, in this case i think it was the right decision: Scar tells Simba he should surprise his dad with a special gift: His roar. That was the perfect way to convince simba to think he was responsible for Mufasas death since in Simbas eyes he was the one who started the stampede: with his roar. So it actually makes scence that he thinks he is responsible.
I say he was just so twisted he relished suffering. He wanted Simba to suffer emotionally, thinking he was the cause of his father's death. He wanted him to suffer the fear and pain of exile but believing he was going to live, then the hyenas would suddenly be after him to kill him. It's like those crazy people who capture others just to torture them. That's what it was torture. That is why Scar made sure Mufasa knew he was going to murder him instead of just knocking him off. Frankly, I think Mufasa should have *haunted* Scar. He could appear to Simba and in the second movie, he was smiling down on Kiara's birth., he could appear in his murderous brothers dreams.
I think he did haunt scar as evident by the dialogue in the movie. He gets triggered by the mention of mufasa by name, he had "Vietnam flashbacks" when simba came back to pride rock. When he descended into madness, scar must've been haunted even more by mufasa.
@@douglasthescottishtwin3989 it kind of refers to the meme video of "___ gets Vietnam flashbacks" it's basically a meme of the horrors of war complete with paranoia
I think your theory on why Scar let Simba go makes sense, I also I think that Scar would’ve assumed the same thing the hyenas did- even if the hyenas didn’t successfully kill Simba, then there was no way the little cub would’ve survived so far from the Pride Lands, he also could’ve assumed that even if Simba did manage survive so far from home, that Simba would’ve been too cowardly to ever return.
I think it would be cool to explore Scar’s time as king: there is an insightful deleted scene from The Lion King where it kinda shows a great example of Scars descent into madness-when he tried to take Nala as his Queen by force. There wasn’t much to show in the film itself, but since discovering that deleted scene, I’ve always wanted to find out more about it.
(Before I even watch the vid) I'm guessing he did that so if they found the body the other lions wouldn't smell Scar's scent on Simba's body or they wouldn't smell Simba's blood on Scar's muzzle.
Hanif Huzairi well he is weaker than mufusa so he could be telling the truth. Could have many old injuries. After all he did get his scar from a wildebeest if I’m remembering correctly.
I wondered that as well. Even though Scar just murdered Mufasa, perhaps he just couldn't stand to be the one to kill a little lion cub so he had someone else do for him, aka the hyenas
I always remember that look he gives Simba as he runs away. Right before the Hyenas appear he has this...look. and its very complicated. Not quite regret but no joy in what he is about to do eother...maybe just...acceptance. that to get this throne he HAS to do this. I just remember it looked almost...soft... And then it was gone.
I always felt bad knowing that I was supposed to hate Scar but I liked him. I mean obviously not his personality but his design and especially his villain song "Be prepared" I always loved that song. But yeah I'm glad he didn't succeed in killing Simba especially after killing Mufasa. Thanks for the video though.
I always liked his personality 😂 found it quite intruiging, but then again I like characters like The Joker now (even in his most disturbing moments) so i'm not surprised 😂 it's the psychology I find interesting
SO IN THE END, SCAR'S EGO IS WHAT ENDED HIS LIFE, NO WONDER HE DESERVED TO DIE BY BEING DEVOURED BY HYENAS AND BY FIRE. *ALSO, GREAT JOB ON THIS VIDEO, ISAAC, WELL DONE!!!!!*
You know what? Your theory makes absolute sense. I really do think that this was the reason that scar didn’t kill Simba. Btw I love your channel and the shirt you had on during the video!
Skyler Animates I agree. I think he didn’t want to do it himself because (to an extent), he cared about Simba, but he cared about himself waaaay more. He didn’t want any of the blame put on him. Maybe he’d be able to sleep better knowing he didn’t do it himself. Maybe. IDK what it’s like to have a shitty personality.
As far as Simba knew, HE was the one who killed his father. He thought he killed his own dad, he probably thought that if he told them then Timon and Pumba would hate him.
You know I just believe scar didn’t do it because he thought the work was beneath him. But also because he knew he didn’t want the sent of simba on his paws as witness
We all know why Scar couldn't kill Simba himself. Cause Simba trusted him at that age and thinks his evil uncle is his friend. Plus Scar knows that Simba had a run-in with Shenzi, Banzai and Ed and thought they'll succeed the second time. And not to mention if Scar tried to kill Simba himself, Simba would've escaped and ratted out Scar to Sarabi and the other lionesses
Writers needed realistic reason for Simba to leave Priderock. If Scar had tried to kill him himself and failed, Simba would go to tell other lions and not run away.
My opinion was he didn’t take him seriously as a threat and didn’t wanna do his own dirty work. He thought his minions would finish him, and they figured he’d starve on his own being so young which makes sense. He was about to die and would have until Timon and Pumba found him. Makes total sense to me.
One question nags at my mind. When Simba is being questioned by Scar in the third act, why did Simba never bring up how SCAR had said Mufasa had a surprise in store for him that day? And how Scar had said Simba should run away bc it was his fault! Kinda a loose end there.
tomboyangel78 I think maybe because of the guilt he had carried for years, he didn’t think of that part when Scar said he had a surprise? Idk, just a thought.
He's blaming Simba, of whom Simba thought his roar practice caused the stampede. However, you're right, Scar was also the one who suggested to Simba to work "on that little roar of" his. But that's where Simba failed to see the red flags: How does Scar know what Simba's roar is like unless Scar was watching Simba and Nala be harassed by hyenas at the elephant graveyard the whole time?
Well actually Scar was expecting the hyenas to finish off Simba for him. But when Simba escaped the hyenas through that thorn nest, they thought there was no way Simba would survive out there anyway, with no food or water. BIG mistake!
@@catguy4996 Tbf they would have been right. There's no way that Scar or the Hyenas could account for some random warthog and meerkat finding simba's barely alive body and saving him from the vultures and deciding to take him in despite him being a lion cub
Zazu was knocked off too hard so his some of his memories were gone away and he was paralyzed until scar became king. If zazu woke up scar would be fucked
Theory’s 1. Not get caught in the middle of the act. 2. The smell of death on scar would warn the pride 3. Didn’t want to kill his nephew because of love.
I think it is because that if someone saw Scar kills Simba (like Zazu, Rafiki, or the lionesses ) he wouldn't able to explain it. On the other hand, if they saw the hynases kills him, he could always blame them. Like he did at the end of the movie
I think scars ego played a big role in it too. Even though Simba did eventually return he was still haunted and hurt over being responsible for his own father‘s death as Scar had deceived him to believe. He attempts to use this to his advantage again to ensure his reign remains undisputed and it nearly works. But, in his arrogance, he gave Simba the knowledge that HE was truly responsible for his father’s death. This was the information Simba needed to give him the will to fight for his kingdom and bring to justice the lion who had caused so much pain and destruction for him, his family and his kingdom. Scar made hot three horrible mistakes that ultimately led to his undoing 1. Letting Simba get away 2. Telling Simba the truth about his father’s death when he returned. 3. Blaming his hyena minions for his actions
My best guess is that Scar didn't want to risk there being witnesses. If Zazu woke up for instance and saw that, or if some other party happened to arrive and see Scar kill Simba, that totally ruins everything. Leaving the dirty work to the hyenas makes sense as even in the worst case where Simba lives in exile, Scar still ends up on the throne at the end of the day.
I believe Scar didn't kill Simba himself because he didn't see him as a threat. However, he saw him as obstacle. When Mufasa was alive Simba was untouchable and Scar knew that Mufasa was more powerful than he (Scar) was. When Mufasa died, Scar mentally manipulated Simba into believing that he killed his father. So with Mufasa gone and Scar manipulating Simba; he was able to achieve his goal by knocking out his obstacle who is Simba. Without his father, Simba is just a young cub. There was no way that he could physically attack Scar on his own, so Simba was in no way a threat to Scar. Scar had no dire need to kill Simba. He has the hyenas attempt to kill Simba to ensure that nothing stood in the way of him becoming the new king.
Probably because Scar was too lazy to kill simba by himself. Well, that's the moral of the story: if you want to do something right, you better do it yourself.
I see Funko Pops! I have 8 bit warrior, Mufasa, Scar, Abe Lincoln, Harlequin Demon, The Clown, Jack Skellington, Lock, Barrel, Aladdin, Abu, Blue, Simba, Oogie Boogie, Dumbo, Uncle Sam, and Jafar.
In my opinion, I think the other lions would smelled Simba on scars breathe or furr or saw the blood so he wanted to be as clean as possible plus he wanted to make it seem like he wasn’t there
Scar is a very twisted and cruel individual. Even tho Simba was gonna die anyways I think he just wanted to make Simba believe Mufasa’s death was his fault before sending the hyenas to finish him off immediately afterwards because he’s wired that way. There was no real reason for it other than Scar just wanted Simba to suffer before he died.
I think it was mainly just setting up a plausible deniability situation. My first thought was scar had a subtle affection towards Simba, but I doubt that now.
I would love to see a breakdown analysis of two of the most dark Disney songs: Hellfire - The Hunchback Of Notre Dame The World’s greatest criminal mind - The Great Mouse Detective
Sara Laundry I mean in my opinion those two great songs are really dark and I love them. Especially The World greatest criminal mind which is always under-looked.
I believe Scar didn´t kill Simba himself for one simple reason - the smell of blood. If lionesses could smell Simba´s blood on Scar he would get immediately killed.
@@psquared2020 That´s possible, however, they could only smell it from his claws and he could lie that he just tried to get a better grip on Mufasa to pull him up.
I agree completly but the main reason seems simple to me: He is smart, he can't go back to the pride with the smell of cub blood on his claws, but he did 'kill' him in the gorge! he sent the hyenas after him, he couldn't imagine how he could survive and he was told he was dead
Scar knew that he couldn't kill Mufasa. He knew that Mufasa was stronger and powerful, so he didn't even dare try. He had to learn to fight in other ways, so, he used his brains to manipulate others into doing his deeds for him. Plus, Scar was lazy. We see this all throughout the movie. He actually did nothing all day. Scar was a puppet master. He had to get others to buy into his program because he didn't want fingers pointing back at him. We already know that he couldn't handle Mufasa. Yes, he could have killed Simba, but what good what that have done? Firstly, Mufasa would have STILL been the leader AND if it were ever found out that he had killed Simba, he knew that Mufasa would have killed him. Scar tricked Simba into going to the elephant graveyard. Scar's plan was for the hyenas to catch Simba there and kill him. However, we don't see Scar giving the hyenas instructions. However, because Scar knew the risk of being fingered as having orchestrated the death of Simba, it is my belief that he didn't tell the hyenas that Simba would be in the graveyard alone. Scar played on the fact that Simba was young, eager and impressionable, and that the hyenas were dimwits. Perhaps he would have then waited for Mufasa to die, or arranged an "accidental" death, which would have automatically and immediately moved him up to king. After that plan failed, he orchestrated the stampede that was intended to kill both Mufasa and Simba, Now, this was risky because the hyenas had knowledge of his plan, and if anything should happened to their "friendship", the hyenas could tell the lionesses what Scar had done. However, Scar figured that with both Simba AND Mufasa dead, he wouldn't have to fight anyone. He would be the only male lion, and there would be no one left to challenge and/or fight him. He also relied on the fact that he had made a deal with the hyenas in which they would ALWAYS be able to eat, so he thought this would make them forever loyal to him. After Simba survived the stampede, he was able to make Simba believe that he was responsible for his father's death. He told him to leave and never return (which automatically and immediately made him king), and then commanded the hyenas to go after Simba and kill him. Remember I said that Scar was lazy? Yeah, this became EXTREMELY evident after be became king, as we saw the destruction of the prideland. Scar didn't care for work. . .he only wanted the title.
@@TheJaredPunch, exactly! That's a dangerous position (the head) if you don't understand and respect what it truly means to be the head. It can lead to devastation, downfall, destruction and depletion.
I think if he *DID* killed him all the other lions would've had thought Scar was the one who killed Mufasa and Simba case of the blood on his paws and mouth
Our school did Lion King Jr a few months back and we had a 20 minute conversation about this topic and it just brought the biggest wave of deja vi ever
Humanity . Isn't he a Lion. But look at how Lions treat the airs of a river over thrown King . Why some lionness stayed Royal to Scare AKA the Previous Lion King
My theory on the matter is that Scar never intended to kill Mufasa and Simba himself. Now, obviously he had no issue killing Mufasa himself, but it evidently wasn't his first choice. If he had had his way, both his brother and nephew would have died in the stampede. But even as Mufasa was struggling up the cliff, notice how Scar doesn't just immediately make a move? It's as if he's waiting....waiting for Mufasa to lose his grip and fall to his death amid the stampeding wildebeest. That's how he wants Mufasa (and Simba, of course) to die, in a way that will look like a tragic accident. But obviously, Mufasa doesn't fall, and the stampede will soon be passing, thus ruining the plan. Scar waits for a little while for Mufasa to fall, but when he doesn't, he makes his move - it's almost as if he's thinking "Fine, if you want something done, do it yourself" (or, if you're watching the remake, "Oh, for The Great King's sake, DIE ALREADY!"). That way, Mufasa can meet his demise in the stampede just as it is about to fully pass and everyone would be none the wiser. I'd imagine the same logic would have applied with Simba too. Scar COULD have killed Simba himself, but that was not his intention. It's again why he waited for Simba to be out of sight before he sent the hyenas after him. The scary thing was, if the hyenas had admitted they'd failed, then he probably WOULD have gone out of his way to hunt down his nephew.
I would like to think that even as a villain, Scar had some scruples, otherwise he would be all-out evil. I would like to think he would not want to kill a small child himself. Even though he was happy to order others to do it, he couldn't do it himself.
I just want to know how Simba learned to rule his kingdom as well as he did after having been away for however long he was away from home (I don't know if the lions in the LK universe age in human years or in animal years). All he knows is taking it easy; that's what he learned growing up. Did he receive training from Sarabi or Zabu? Counsel from Mufasa? Was it a matter of genetic intuition? A mix? Something else entirely?
fun fact Simba was around 4 months old during the 1st half of the Lion King. The time skip to when he is an full grown male Lion was about 5 years. So scar ruled the pride lands for roughly around 4-5 years. As for the ruling the kingdom. We still see Simba struggling being king in the 2nd movie. He is basically learning on his own but trying so much to be like how Mufasa was.
I think it was because so simba could either run away and die from starvation eventually, or for the hyenas to murder him which they failed to do, but they didn’t fail to murder scar many years later.
I just think carpet cause he causally went around the world, stopped in China, then went back before any knew they were gone. This is him basically jogging. Just imagine him going full speed.
Hi there I think scar stop himself killing his own nephew Simba that lead to all lioness and Queen Sarabi knew that he one who kill his own brother and nephew and they know Scar's hate and jealously grew on his brother and his nephew Scar told simba lies that its was simba's fault and scar told him run away and never return as simba do as he was told scar order his hyena gang to kill simba, but simba escape from hyenas and hyena knew simba be dead out their. As simba grow older and nala found him she told him everything happened at home and simba told nala he can't go back that scar told him, but he knew what his father told and he race back home and face scar Scar saw simba he think it was his brother, but he look at hyena and he knew hyena didn't finish his orders and he bring up his brother's dead and all lioness was surprise it was Simba's fault, but it was scar he told everyone even simba a lies lies lies, but in the end hyenas heard scar and simba talk and hyena turn back on scar and killed him 😊😊😊😊i can't wait for live action movie of lion king
I think he was playing chess with a checkers player in which I mean he literally told Simba to run and never return if it wasn’t for Nala who found him he wouldn’t have returned so he could kill his uncle and then take his place in the Circle of Life with his queen \Wife Nala by his side

Bingo. If Zazu saw Scar kill Simba, he would have immediately told Sarabi and the other lionesses, and they probably would have killed Scar.
But what stops him from murdering Zazu?

I honestly feel still scarred when Mufasa died and now we have to see him die again in a more realistic way...
True especially when years ago, a real live lion named Cecil was murdered.
the remake version looks like a parody
Ive seen the clip of mufasa dying in the new film. It's not nearly as traumatic. Ugh.
No. It leaked on twitter. Mufasa literally looks like a stuffed animal falling down. Its laughable.
Its not that serious niggaz die everyday
Maybe it's just like what Zazu said earlier in the film: Scar likes to play with his food. He is a calculating and meticulous sort, so having Simba die the way he believed he did was probably more pleasing to him than just simply killing him bluntly. 🤷
TBH though he probably didn't really concern himself with it all that much.
The real reason is:
Scar originally organized the death of mufasa and simba by them dying in the stampede which will leave him non-guilty in pride-members eyes.
👏👏👏👏
The Real you sir deserve a medal
Actually, the new Movie showed us a better reason. While I don't like it when remakes change the originals, in this case i think it was the right decision: Scar tells Simba he should surprise his dad with a special gift: His roar. That was the perfect way to convince simba to think he was responsible for Mufasas death since in Simbas eyes he was the one who started the stampede: with his roar. So it actually makes scence that he thinks he is responsible.
@@eliasf785 in the original he roars just before the stampede tho, leading him to think it was his fault...

laoup26 you're right.

I always thought that Scar didn’t want to kill Simba himself cuz he knew that if he did the lionesses would smell it
I think your theory on why Scar let Simba go makes sense, I also I think that Scar would’ve assumed the same thing the hyenas did- even if the hyenas didn’t successfully kill Simba, then there was no way the little cub would’ve survived so far from the Pride Lands, he also could’ve assumed that even if Simba did manage survive so far from home, that Simba would’ve been too cowardly to ever return.
Someone animated that. His talent scares me. You can't tell its not right from Disney
In the Lion King stage play, they have a song based on the deleted scene, called Scar’s Madness.

When you offered this as a possible question I thought-“That’s a good question.” Maybe Scar didn’t have it in him to murder a child.
4:23 That's what I probably thought! And maybe despite being evil, he couldn't bring himself to kill his own nephew as a cub.
Skyler Animates I agree. I think he didn’t want to do it himself because (to an extent), he cared about Simba, but he cared about himself waaaay more. He didn’t want any of the blame put on him.
My theory is that if he killed Simba there would be claw mark and his scent over Simba body and one of the lioness will notice so that my theory
Thank you for making this Video Wotzo!😁
Writers needed realistic reason for Simba to leave Priderock. If Scar had tried to kill him himself and failed, Simba would go to tell other lions and not run away.
All of the dislikes are the hyenas....
The smell of blood would give him away and the lioness would smell simba's blood and would then know that scar killed simba.
My opinion was he didn’t take him seriously as a threat and didn’t wanna do his own dirty work. He thought his minions would finish him, and they figured he’d starve on his own being so young which makes sense. He was about to die and would have until Timon and Pumba found him. Makes total sense to me.
I think it would be risky for him. If scar tried to finish him himself and that Simba escaped, Simba would know who is responsible for Mufasa's death.
Scar is lazy... He thought Simba would just run off and die.
Well actually Scar was expecting the hyenas to finish off Simba for him. But when Simba escaped the hyenas through that thorn nest, they thought there was no way Simba would survive out there anyway, with no food or water. BIG mistake!
they were all Lazy,Scar and the Hyenas
He almost did.
The hyenas said "if he comes back, we'll kill him" lol.
@@catguy4996 Tbf they would have been right. There's no way that Scar or the Hyenas could account for some random warthog and meerkat finding simba's barely alive body and saving him from the vultures and deciding to take him in despite him being a lion cub

He didn't want the evidence on his teeth and claws so the kingdom would see him as innocent.
Why didn’t Zazu say that Scar knocked him out?

My theory was that then he would have blood on his hands. literally and metaphorically. having the hyenas do it, he could play innocent in his death.
Would it be cool if you made a Lion King theory of Simba and Scar's confrontation during the final battle at Pride Rock?
Bro lion king literally foreshadowed this when zazo said to scar “ did anyone ever tell you don’t play with your food?”
Cuz Scar didnt expect Timon and Pumba to Hakuna Simba's Matata.
That just sounds wrong in another context.
I think I know the reason. Zazu. If Zazu woke up and saw Scar harming Simba, Scars hard work and planning would go to waste
Omg I'm so exited cause we r doing a production and I'm NALA from the lions king so I know ALL of her lines!!!!
Theory’s
1. Not get caught in the middle of the act.
2. The smell of death on scar would warn the pride
Scar made hot three horrible mistakes that ultimately led to his undoing
1. Letting Simba get away
2. Telling Simba the truth about his father’s death when he returned.
3. Blaming his hyena minions for his actions
+Wotso Videos Great video, Isaac. Very well explained about why Scar didn't stop Simba. What you explained is absolutely true.
LordMajicus makes sense
It's obvious really. He couldn't just walk on into pride rock with blood all over his paws.

I believe Scar didn´t kill Simba himself for one simple reason - the smell of blood.
If lionesses could smell Simba´s blood on Scar he would get immediately killed.
Wouldn't they also smell Mufasa's blood on him? Since Scar killed Mufasa?
@@psquared2020 That´s possible, however, they could only smell it from his claws and he could lie that he just tried to get a better grip on Mufasa to pull him up.
I agree completly but the main reason seems simple to me: He is smart, he can't go back to the pride with the smell of cub blood on his claws, but he did 'kill' him in the gorge! he sent the hyenas after him, he couldn't imagine how he could survive and he was told he was dead
When i first tought about it. i thought if scar killed simba, the blood would literally be on his hands.
so disney had a darndest "reasonal" plot
I always thought it was because, if simba did escape him well he wouldn't have any of the blame. The hyenas would
Guys it’s ez scar knew there wouldn’t be a movie if he killed Simba lol
You know what they say, “It has to look like an accident.” - John Lee Wilkes Harvey Booth Oswald.
Lolita Brown he didn’t understand nor cared about what a king truly is.

Now make a video where Simba’s daughter marrying his cousin is supposed to be a happy ending
Sjono Scar isn’t Kovu’s father though
I think if he *DID* killed him all the other lions would've had thought Scar was the one who killed Mufasa and Simba case of the blood on his paws and mouth
The real reason that scar couldn’t kill simba is because simba has plot armor
Yea but how would plot armor help simba survive if scar choose to kill him personally.
Simba's mother would smell her Cub's blood and the lioness would kill Scar on sight.
@@Panthersman97 Oh wow, I didn't know that! Thank you for that!
