    Thank you so much Julia! I have SI joint issues in my left hip and my physical therapist said I needed to strengthen my hip flexors so this is an absolutely perfect addition to my workouts now!!! Love love love!

    hey julia! so i dont know if you already have a video on this or if you take requests even 😭 but i would love if you made a mobility tutorial for biking using an exercise ball. i have one but i have no clue where to start and i would greatly appreciate it if you did! if not, totally fine. love all your vids but your biking mobility videos especially, hope your channel keeps growing queen. ❤️

      I personally add some hip flexor exercises to my core workouts or 1-2 on leg day ☺️ Depends a bit on your circumstances & goals!
