    First encountered your UA-cam videos and read “Be Your Future Self Now” back in early February. Since that time (and reading your other books with Dan-still reading the new book now) I’ve lost over 30 pounds, gotten my first full-time job, and am actually attacking my own 10x goals as a writer. Thanks for all the wisdom you’ve shared and I hope you know it really helps :)

    Hi Dr. Hardy B ! I listen to your videos everyday and I’m going deeper into them each time . I have also bought your 10x book and am combining it with the videos . Of all the people I’ve listened to and watched you are by far the 10x of the stars ⭐️! You over deliver and provide so much wisdom and easy to understand concepts that it’s inevitable not to “get it “ . Thank you a million and I will continue on this journey with you and all the others I see here that you are providing leadership and guidance that we all need in order to move our lives forward . I lost a 27 yr old son in 2021 and this challenge is making me look forward to the future , because the past is so full of pain and regrets. I have to reframe it all and start from there in order to have the energy and focus to live on and be an example for my younger son and inspire him as well . Thanks 🙏🏻 ❤ blessings to you and your family .

    I bought the book even though I know next to nothing about you, but the newsletter seems so elegant and you share so much content that I couldn't help but buy the book. I have read a few pages, my English is very basic and I can't read any faster, but I am getting there.
    I see gold coins everywhere, it's true, since I changed the mentality, ideas come to me that I couldn't have imagined before. I thought it was bullshit but nothing could be further from the truth, it works if you are open to your desires coming true and you don't let your past weigh you down. Now is the best time to start creating your new future self, I think so too.
    This is an English translation of my writing in Spanish, I hope it is understood.

    I have been a fan of Dr Hardy for a bit and have several of his books and received his 10X book last week, I set 3 goals 6 months ago to be a better card player. Next month I hit the casinos again. It is so easy for me to muddle along with 2x thinking. This book has clarified some of my goals and took away my fears. By the way, I have given up some of my 80% , and there are some who told me I am crazy!!!!

    • @dr.benjaminhardy
      @dr.benjaminhardy  Рік тому +1

      Hi there! Great questions. To 10x your emotional life, it often begins with self-awareness. Understand your triggers and reactions, then work on healthier responses. And for writing research, consider courses on platforms like Coursera or edX, or simply start by reading widely and delving into reliable sources on your topics of interest. Keep the learning journey alive!

      @@dr.benjaminhardy thank you so much. From your suggestions, I've built the habit of writing every morning for 15-30 minutes. Mostly steam of consciousness type of writing. I believe it to be a keystone habit that is creating a massive domino effect including better self-awareness. It's been a slow go and going from reactive to responsive has been a slow road, although the gains over the last decade have been nothing short of phenomenal. I tend to focus on my ideal self though. Gap thinking for the win. Lol!
      Thank you for the platform recommendations. I'll be jumping on it.

    It is great to seek out new ideas and ways to make yourself and life greater, however, recognizing these are just ideas and people teaching these are not here achieved these concepts and now here to teach them to other. They are merely making career out of these ideas. Everybody’s circumstances are different and starting point is different. These 10X ideas are not for everyone. It is a lot more difficult for the most. I am telling these as a person studied and tried to live by them. I hold a high technical degree and decades of experience in a profession. For the 99.99% people just doing the necessary and letting compounding effect of life is much powerful then try to catch your 10X in life, which you can pursue all life and not get there.
