Commands for install
In a terminal window type "sudo apt-get install git"
Then type git clone "github.com/Jam..."
Next type "cd WsprryPi"
Then we'll type "make"
If you get an error like this we can fix it by typing "sudo nano mailbox.c"
Use the arrow keys to scroll down and ad this line "#include <sys/sysmacros.h>"
Ctrl o to save and hit enter
Then ctrl x to exit
Now we'll type make again and it should complete without the error
Finally we can type sudo make install
Once that is done you can type wspr to verify the install
WSPR (Weak Signal Propagation Reporter) is a digital mode designed for sending and receiving low-power transmissions to test propagation paths, making it an excellent tool for antenna performance evaluations. This video guides you through setting up your Raspberry Pi to transmit WSPR signals using the WsprryPi application. From connecting your Raspberry Pi to an antenna, installing the necessary software, to finally broadcasting your signal and analyzing global reception on wsprnet.org, this tutorial covers all you need to start with WSPR.

Great video and explanation, thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it!
What version Pi? Will it work with a Pi 5? What version of OS? 32 bit? 64 bit?
Should work with any version
Wait... wait. Do you mean you can use a pi as a HAM radio? This is the best news I've heard all week.
to some extent yeah, it can pretend to be a SDR from my understanding
@@flightstatic4662I’m Hobbs have to look into this. That sounds interesting.
