Thanks for the liquid/travel size refresher😊as someone that doesn’t fly often, I want to get it right the first time. New to your channel and just subscribed. Thanks for keeping it real and simple❤
I saw an excellent tip a few weeks ago. When you are going on family vacation, add to the budget for the vacation for a cleaning service to do a deep clean of your house while you are gone, or just before. The person who gave the tip had an alarm system that allowed them to lock and unlock the door from their phone, see who was at the door, and turn on or off the alarm from the phone. Imagine coming home to a spotless house. Great if you can budget for it.
My most used toiletry bag is my Vera Bradley Iconic Hanging Travel Organizer. It allows me to pack all the essentials (especially since my boyfriend or friends forget things)
Great travel bag tour. Since I fly so seldom , it stresses me out, so now a visual of what is liquid will help me the next time I fly. Last time, I put everything in the 3-1-1 bag just to be sure.
You are the queen of organization! Have you ever tried Urban Decay All-Nighter setting spray? I have used it in the WDW parks during the month of August, and my makeup barely budged!
Joyful Living with Jen Lefforge I have tried a bunch of different setting sprays and the Urban Decay All Nighter is the only one that actually really seems to make a difference. I got a small bottle from Sephora and it's definitely worth the money.
Joyful Living with Jen Lefforge I use my see through bag for liquids too and it was ok at Heathrow but not at Gatwick. Guess it really depends on your airport security person.
That is the best advice of the year! I’m always running to the store 2 minutes before it’s time to leave. Flamingos are my jam so I’m in love with that bag 😍😍
Always great travel tips! I also have the Vera Bradley Flamingo bags! Love that pattern! The hair tie trick is amazing! Going to check out those lipstick colors too! Thanks Jen!!
Love this! I didn’t think of the hairband around the bottles to not open! Thank you. I usually will put plastic wrap sometimes under the top if I think something leaks and then put it in it’s own bag. And thank you that you reminded me to add something to my shopping list that I just ran out of on my trip last week!! 🤦🏻♀️👏🏻
Great tips! Love that bag. You look great. I also don't wear much or heavy makeup but definitely use my oil of Olay original for my face. I'll need to get a little round container for that. Love your lipstick colors.. I would actually choose those Loreal colors.
I also love the little containers that places like Origins and Lush give you for samples to use for travel containers. I even squeeze some toothpaste into them if it's a short trip! They're great because they are tiny but hold enough for trips that are a week or shorter!
I also label everything, lol, and I have a bin for my little travel bags and toiletries and small containers. I also just chuck stuff in there and then about a week before a trip I start pulling out the luggage and bags and getting things figured out. ☺
Thanks, Jen, for your videos. I've been flying once or twice a month for over 15 years for both work and personal reasons, so I consider myself a travel and flying expert. But, I'm always open to learning and this video helped me re-think my carry on packing for an upcoming trip. Also, anti-chafing stick? I didn't even know this product existed! That anti chafe cream is also good for moisturizing feet. As a diabetic I landed on that after a humid summer, and the back of my ankle was chafing on my sandals.
