Great video as always ❤ Just an opinion: a healthier way to enjoy "unhealthy" foods is by trying a homemade version (eg. protein muffins, home-made pizza, etc.). This way we have more control over what goes into our bodies and we can enjoy tasty food :) But, of course, even if we choose to buy instead, we shouldn't feel guilty. Thank you so much, Lucie, for promoting a healthy relationship with our bodies ❤

Wow, you are refreshing. I’m not even done with your video and already you have said so many things that are contrary to American diet culture. I think you are reflecting the French way of enjoying all types of food and not restricting but finding pleasure in your food. Thanks for this, I really needed this reminder.

I’ve been wanting to ask what your thoughts are on all the alternative sugars and sweeteners we are told to use instead of honey, typical sugar, etc

Please dont be offended with this question, i have question in my mind, maybe you can help to explain. What is the difference between the avoid food for dieters and avoid food for vegan? Both also restricting their food. Hope you can explain.

Hopefully, I'm understanding your question correctly, but vegans tend to restrict foods out of personal lifestyle choices because of cruelties within the meat industry and whatnot (very surface level explanation but simple to keep answer short).
While going on a "diet" is more superficial, harder to stick to, and isn't usually seen as a lifetime restriction because we equate "diet" to losing weight/looking good. It either becomes too hard, and people quit because they're restricting things they don't actually want to stop eating or they stop their diet once they reach a specific goal.
So although both restrict, one is a lifestyle change/choice while the other isn't necessarily. Hope that helps 😊

I would eat oats with other things, like maybe with peanut butter and bananas for breakfast and do it regularly so you lose the urge to binge!
