GREAT INFO!! I was wondering about the placement & size of the design in the listing & if that affected the placement in the actual printing.
@GregGottfried - question about PlaceIt - if I upload my own images to use in my designs, will anyone else have access to them? Or will they be stored as a private, personal upload library? I have access to images that are OK to use for print on demand, but the owners don't want anyone else to have access to the images. Does that make sense?🤪

How do we find out if a design on canva is trademark ed or owned by someone else?
I'm pretty sure Canva is copyright free all designs but check on Google if it is

I've watched many of your videos and was excited about trying your suggestions and just spent a couple hours going through all the t-shirt templates on placeit and didn't see one design I liked or thought I could alter to use. Thank you for your video! I have learned so much and have started trying to sell some designs. I do have a few questions:
- How can you find out if graphics or fonts are copyright protected on Canva? Especially since I like some of their templates more than what I find in PlaceIt.
- Is there a way to save graphics you like on PlaceIt so it's easier to find to use for a different template?
- On PlaceIt, I have found that the graphic options I have available depend on the original template I selected. For example, if I want to change the graphic on template 1 and type "veteran", my options will be different than what I get on template 2. Am I missing something?
- It seems like many of the graphics on PlaceIt are more cartoonish, is there a way to find more real looking graphics? For example, if I type in "grill" I don't get any/many options that look like a real grill, just a more artsy/cartoon picture of one. Am I missing something?

I appreciate that. Yes, you can absolutely them (the companies use DTG printing so they will print perfectly). The only bit of advice I can give is they don’t sell nearly as well as text or text+graphic shirts.

Generally that’s a good thing because you found a niche before it’s popular. I first try searching a more general niche that you can use to make more specific to your niche. Then if still nothing, I use templates from other niches and change the graphic to your niche 👍

I have a printify pop up shop do I have to move it to shopify? Can I move it to Amazon Merch.
You can use the pop up shop as is, or host on Shopify. It won’t integrate with Amazon though. I hope that’s helpful 👍
When you’re on these places and you’re looking at this at work like what you’re talking about at the end of your video why don’t they? Why aren’t they required to let us know that this is trademarked I mean, they are on purpose creating a bad situation for themselves and other people by not doing that.

Hi, how are you? Could you help me with a question? I see many people here in Brazil selling anime t-shirts and mugs (both in large and small stores, physical and online). I'm not sure if big stores like "Marisa" and "Piticas," for example, have the rights to do so. But probably, smaller stores here in downtown São Paulo and many online shops do not. I would like to know how it works to sell this type of t-shirt? Is it okay to remove the anime name? Can I use anime characters with changes in hair color and other details? I want to open a store in this niche.

Hi Jeff, Dang! Good news is you can reapply until you get in, and there's no timeframe you have to wait. Just be sure to use a different email address. There's speculation that the timing of applications (time of year) can be a factor, so if you do end up waiting a bit before applying again it may be helpful. Otherwise, it's just a matter of getting a good reviewer that accepts your application. As for Placeit phrases, yes you can use the ones you see on their site but two things to consider. First, just be sure to check them for trademarks before using them (this goes for any phrase). Secondly, if you do use the phrases from their site, just be aware that other people can use them too so you could end up with a duplicate upload of someone else's. Always ideal to customize them with your own phrases. Hope that's helpful!
Hey, I signed up for Amazon MOD and they denied me. In one of your other videos you said to try again with a different email. I did that. When I tried it gave me the error message this email is already attached to an Amazon account. I tried with 3 other email that I know it’s not connected and I went into incognito mode for the other emails and it still said that they were already in use with another Amazon account in which I know they are not. What more can I do? I do have an LLC that is different from me but I am the owner. Can I use that and if so will they shut me down if they find out that I am the owner?

I made a brand new profile on TeePublic with really good quality and good designs and it still put me in the same category as you. They probably throw everyone there who hasn't sold anything yet

Great question. Generally it’s both ways, some people make money in POD and others make their money from selling courses on it (and some both). I personally don’t have any paid POD courses, everything is free here on UA-cam 👍 I’ve been in the space for about 10 years now and trying to spread high value honest info about the business.
