VW Raw Exhaust Header Clean Up

If you own a less expensive Raw metal header exhaust, they always end up ugly and rusty. Instead of dealing with paint overspray. I found this method of making it look better for a few thousand miles.

That cast iron polish really makes a difference on the exhaust pipe.

How come I can see the coil without a coil wire on it and the engine still running
