- I don’t perform many hip mobilizations, but I do like to use this axial posterior mobilization when people have pain or limited range of motion with internal rotation and/or flexion.
If you don’t have access to a practitioner who can perform this technique, there are many mobility and resistance training exercises that can be used to reduce pain and improve hip joint range motion.
