  • In this video, you’ll learn a power yoga sequence that will increase your flexibility and fitness levels with planks, Sun Salutations, Warrior poses, abdominal exercises and Backbends.
    Some yoga experience is recommended but not required. Stop if you need rest or feel pain. Consult a physician before beginning a new workout program.
    While my daughter practices yoga in this video, the physical practice of yoga shown is meant for adults 18+.
