Dave, I like this one very much Cuz when it comes down to it it’s just life day-to-day and helping others avoid mistakes whether it keeps them from getting sick or spending too much money. Thank you for both of you and your videos. It helps lesson the mistakes people can make one coming over there.
@@stevesilver7437 Yes, when traveling I would only drink bottled water. No reason to get sick on vacation. I’ve used our water guy for over a year and no problems. We changed several time to find a respectable company. It still is something I have a hard time trusting. Take care Safe travels
Thanks for those tips. I live here in Arkansas (Native NY’r) and my son has chickens. He’s always bringing us eggs. Another thing my son told me was, if you don’t wash the eggs after the chicken lays them. They’ll be good on the counter top for a long time, but once you wash the film off the eggs, then you have to put them in the fridge to stay fresh. Thanks for your tip on putting the eggs in the water. I’m going to try it.
No problem, yes we leave our eggs on the counter. It sounds weird but no need for keeping eggs cold, silly western thing we all grew up with. Lol Thanks for your comment. Take care

@@charliesult4171 I won’t drink anything out of the faucet filter or not. Water filling stations have huge multi filters that take out all the bad stuff. Water lines here are laying on the ground/plastic and the sun beating on them. It’s the #1 thing that has made me sick several times-ice at restaurants got me a few times. Maybe a very high end whole house water filtration system and I would drink from the faucet.
Great content Dave, I'm a HVAC-R Mech here in Canada Heading to the Philly's as soon I sell my House. Question for yourself. Do Tradesman make out better in the Philly's ? . Thanks, Mark.
This last package was delivered by Ninja, it varies-several delivery companies. Once it leaves the states the tracking is difficult but it always finds its way. It’s confusing 🫤. Once it’s in the Philippines it’s hard to track. I’m not sure who delivers from the states to the Philippines. Amazon has it figured out, and I’m very happy with the service. Take care

@maudave Thx Dave, Yeah, I sent some Multi Gift parcels for Xmas Gifts in early December and arrived within 5 day's in Custom's, Manila from m our Australia Post........now "being held by Custom's" 🤔 for past 5 weeks after no tracking for 4 weeks as e-mailed them last week, unbelievable....... apparently huge numbers go missing I Custom's, blogs from foreigners confirming the corruption and theft of packages 😲🙏 I'll pay the 4 time's express post cost now and send via private Courier......Thank goodness I insured each package. Cheers
I have been very fortunate with Amazon. The Philippine Lazada, Temu, and a few others trying to copy Amazon-lots of theft. And getting refunds from them is next to impossible. They give credit and then it’s hard to use it. Frustrating. Have a good day/night. Take care
Lol best advice is to find a city working Filipina and have a maid ..your Filipina will share the costs plus make ay breakfast before she goes to work and cook your food after a long day. That’s how the Filipina are ..the good ones raised to look after every need of the man and yes will do everything for you. That’s the reality of the Filipina..beautiful intelligent and Uber hardworking and family orientated…but always with a bit of Tampo thrown in though lol. Easily correctable. 😂
Thanks for the great video! Very informative! What do you do for your mail? Do you have a virtual home address? Did you tell notify the Social Security Administration that you are moving there? Thank you for these useful tips…Do you test the eggs using the water test even before you actually purchase the eggs?
No, hard to carry a pan of water on a scooter. If I end up with more than 1 egg bad I just take them back for an exchange.
