- We were asked last week about opening up a Discord server, it's now open for anybody that wants to join ^3^ / discord
Nero is still triggered about being called a dead weight, we finally get to play as Dante who just does whatever he freaking wants and V tells us his backstory and where he came from. Meanwhile, we are slowly losing it so we keep ruining all the serious moments.. but what else is new xD The fourth part is gonna get much wackier that this, it's been recorded and let's just say for now that we were not prepared XD

The entire Devil May Cry series has a lot of over the top shenanigans, Dante has done plenty of absolutely ridiculous things throughout the series.
We need to check out the other games eventually 😂

Good luck playing Dante and managing all his weapons and skills. He's gonna drain all the red orbs you earn. But it's worth cause he's fun as hell and the cockiest of them all. Dude literally tosses a rose at the enemies for his air taunt.

Seeing how mad Dante actually got at V in the “Visions of V” comic got me rolling. I wish it had been shown in the game cause a genuinely mad Dante is one thing I want to see :)

YES finally, i've been waiting for you guys to see V's backstory knowing you opinions on him. and yes he is vergils human half while urizen is his demon half. So all of the edgy "i am a shadow of my former self" bullshit is completely literal in his case. also now that dante is back the bullshit only increases from here on

You should look into the graphic novels as well. They dive deep into Dante and Virgil’s childhood, their father, all of it.

I just realized that v made up urizen's name on the spot after Dante asked
V: "This demon is your reason, your reason to fight"
Dande: "So what's this demon's name"
V: *pauses (your... reason... to... fight... your...reason...youreason)
V: "urizen"
That kinda explains why the up close of V looks so awkward, like it looks as if he was about to say Vergil but stopped himself 😂 Like he was about to form the "V" but quickly switched to "U" 🤣

Those tall buses are in fact called 'Double Decker Buses' in English.
Also each character has an 'air taunt', a 'lock on taunt', and Nero has a running taunt.
And finally, Dante's Gunslinger with the pistols. Pressing X shoots a weak rapid fire burst, but pressing B shoots a powerful single shot with the other pistol.
This means you can alternate between them and letting the other charge
Example: X, X, X, B, B, B, Repeat

Dante is my least favorite to play.
He has TOO many options, all of which are equally good usually.
Even at the beginning. Two Melee, Two Ranged, Four Styles.
I hope you have a better experience than I did with Dante 💀
