THE DANTE JIG IS HERE! This playthrough is great: - causally S ranking combat and vibing to the jams - going from dunking on V to the V appreciation - HUGE P. NESS -You guys being being total goons. I give this a Sanna pterodactyl screech/10
Dante Jackson scene is awesome, just like the other iconic ones in the past games, showing Dante's artistic skills. Btw, 9:33 xd Just like certain drugs, Nero should generate enough resistance in time against constant DEADWEIGHT :P
1:16 Daddy dearest has been missing entirely from Dante and Vergil's lives since their early childhood. Him being missing is what caused the death of their mother, and thus the twin cambions to go their separate ways until the DMC3 Manga, and later the actual game (chronologically the first in the series). During that game, Dante stated that he has disowned his father.
DmC 5 showed Dante being brought to safety by their mother, but she wasn’t able to reach Virgil in time, dying before she find him. Virgil slaw his home burn down from a distance, tried to go help his family, but was ambushed by a group of Mundus’ demons. They took his sword, the Yamato, and stabbed him with it, thinking it would kill him. Instead it awakened his demonic power, the same way it happened to Dante in Dmc 3. Virgil seeks power so he will never feel as helpless as he did that night. He is driven by childhood trauma and loneliness. Hopefully this doesn’t spoil you guys too much, considering it happened in the novels, but maybe it will help you understand Vergil’s “Motivation”.
9:33 your reaction to the dance is the funniest I've seen so far, its moments like this that are exactly why Dante is my favorite video game character.
I just want to say I absolutely LOVE the little emojis added in the subtitles- Also, bit of a gameplay tip. Taunting refills some Devil Trigger if performed near an enemy. However, there will be a cooldown on the benefits of taunt, approximately 30 seconds long or so.
"The Red Queen is dead weight" I actually laughed so hard I almost fell off my chair, the fucking animation of Nero with that was PRICELESS! This series might be the death of me XD
I freaked when I first saw that dance scene, it was absolutely hilarious and exciting!!! Jackpot!! also the reactions are hilarious, I'm literally dying laughing rn ngl
fun fact this game takes place on my birthday lol also don't forget you can charge up your arms for powerful attacks when you play as Nero you can charge them up while you're attacking you don't have to stand still and charge him up the charge attack for the ragtime arm is especially useful because it stops time for every enemy around you
Try not to waste gold orbs since they are hard to get after you run out of stock. Buying blue orbs or secret fragments is very important and will make situations easier. I suggest you replay missions and watch how to find secret missions and fragments unless your going for something. Replaying three warriors and using Dr Faust is useful for getting orbs.
I was not expecting such a big reaction from the Dante dance, so much hype and chaos and confusion. Sad part is that hat is cool but shooting currency for damage… no thanks. Loved Michaela and Sannas Singing.
If Amanda's freaking out about this, she's gonna have a heart when you play DMC 3 in like 5 months (I was gonna say next year, but you'll hate DMC 2 *really* fast)

Yeah the Dante Jackson scene just kinda happens, no explanation. Also Sanna's love for Dr. Pepper makes her an honorary texan
Sanna: Sweet 🤠😂
9:33 God, reactions to that scene are always priceless.
Devil May Cry is definitely a very serious game series that never takes itself lightly
So what happened was that Sparda “Woke up to justice”.
Huge p. Ness the mvp lmao
Legend 😎

fun fact, the director of DMC5 confirmed in an interview that Nero does in fact have a Huge P. Ness
Dammit, I was just about to say that onto their Discord channel, and say that Kyrie did not strike gold, she struck diamonds.
