You're genuine and sincere - I think that's what makes you stand out among other car journalists and vloggers who prefer not to show their true selves in front of the camera and just paly a role. Well, that and your fantastic productivity. At least that's what I've seen in this video. 👏

Wow, some serious appreciations to all the hard work and discipline you put into these videos. I think your fans who care about you, would love to see you take a vacation every now and then also.
I wish I could, it’s UA-cam itself that unintentionally punishes creators analytically for taking a break. I’ve watched it literally destroy channels when they interrupt their consistency by taking time off. Only way to do it is to build a backlog of videos, however that’s nearly impossible with the amount of labor I put into each video.
Having a You Tube channel can be a blessing and a curse. Especially if you want a personal life.
@@SarahnTuned One way to make it possible would be making a travel vlog on a vacation, but of course that'd not be a total vacation.
Do you know how big punishment would you get if you released shorter (5-10min) videos for a week or two (be it vlog or your normal content sliced into shorter pieces so that you could make a usual one week to last for two weeks)?
@@SarahnTuned Would it be possible for you to hire an editor to outsource some of the work? Or is that not feasible with the current state of the channel?
@@Ranger_Kevin I tried, several times. I have a difficult genre, not only must you be proficient in FCPX but also be mechanically inclined and understand by weird sense of humor. Better off doing it myself.
Great Vlog, I’m not really one who likes vlogs but you kept it interesting and informative. Your content is genuine,…you don’t add any idiotic antics for views, your passion for what you do shines through in every video. Keep being original and your channel will be surpassing 500k subscribers in no time! 👍👍👍

I know I have said before Sarah, but a lot people like these vlog style videos. That and imho film videos that are easy to film or have a light editing workload.
I watch you're videos because you're personable, relatable and interesting. I would still watch if all your videos were mostly vlog style.
FYI I love the car reviews. Especially high end ones. And. one benefit of being your own boss, is YOU get to choose what you want to do So dont feel guilty, do what you want.

Great video Sarah, you do a fantastic job putting them together. You're beautiful inside and out your sense of humor is contagious sometimes I wish your videos were longer but I know how that goes can't wait for the next one, ooh you need a puppy just saying.
It's amazing how much time you work, film, and edit to make a 20+/- minute video. I watched a behind the scenes YT video of a cyclist on how he records a typical video. He was literally riding around an additional 10-15% on a route just to get those approach shots. Like yourself, it probably takes 10 mi minutes for a 5 second fly by.
Great job, you have an incredible work ethic.

The reason Top Gear was so popular was because of the interaction between the hosts. The personalities being captured. Your project videos get more views because people enjoy you being yourself. FYI: There's a "High Accuracy" mode on Hunter machines that will get it down to 0.1oz. A big difference on high speed (90mph+) capable cars.
In the early 90s when I was doing that I found a switch on the back (I think it was unlabeled) that turned off the .25 oz round up. Showed the manager and then the high performance wheel balancing jobs came to me.
So , love the vids. But, it's kind of bothersome to hear 7 days a week 10-12 a day. You need some time off... For sure. Loved how the guys were rocking out to Type O. Pretty sure that was I don't wanna be me by Type O. Hope ya have an awesome Christmas Sarah.

I find it quite interesting and informative when content creators give a bit of insight into how they piece things together and create their uploads. Can often provide inspiration or encourage new ideas. It also helps, I think, connect you a little more with your audience.
I was looking for information as to where the 'passenger fuse box' was located on my Ford and it sent me here, but thats OK I've smiled the whole time watching your great videos! I keep Fords Subaru Honda and Suzuki running way past their warranty! Really relate to taking things apart like this, interesting to see how its done!

I enjoyed this video, I think because you seem happy. It's great that you get to do something you love and it comes across in your content. I originally came to your channel because of the TT, I own a 2001, but I've stayed because you are a great mechanic. I love that you have carved your own path and found something that works for you. I keep telling my kids that there are other options besides the obvious and it's great to see someone taking a different path and succeeding. I'm not sure how sustainable your schedule is, but you'll figure that out! Thanks for all of your great work, here's to your continued success.

Oh for those hard to get discontinued plastic parts that are small and most folk don't bother replacing. Have you thought about or tried a 3d plastic printing machine. I know they outweigh the price of the real thing, but knowing how much a perfectionist you are in replacing even the smallest item, it maybe worth concidering in the future.. Just a thought. I really liked this kind of behind the scenes video like how you shoot with two cameras and download your memory cards often to help with the editing process. It may be cool to see how you edit a full video for us to see someday. I totally get it when you say that even though you are going to try to chill till the end of the year you still find yourself working on car stuff because sometimes it relaxing and satisfying. I drive truck for a living currently on a run from the Phoenix area back to Oregon when I get to our yard I get in my pick up and drive more because it's relaxing to me also.

I watch them also, but it's not all rainbows and unicorns. During a live a while back, when her channel was mentioned they laughed disparagingly and were quite meanspirited. I was disappointed in them.

I agree with Charlie, every time I got new tires from a tire shops I had to take it to another shop to balance it again. Those people at the tire shops a lot of them are an idiots. I don't know how the F they got those job when they can't even know how to balance a F king tire.
