- ▶I really wanted to make this song, but tbh, it was really booooring, so i decided to make a little arrangement and take a lot of liberties, even creating an original segment and adding a refference to omori's main theme, hope you like it!
I would love to see other people's interpretation of this song :,(

This was a nice reimagining of the white space theme
it was pretty great he didn't chose to make a plain cover, so he somehow turned it into an amazing waltz-ish song
they rly need more recognition :P

Definitely! It’s like when you’ve finished a really fun, lesser known game, and after so many adventures together with these characters, the credits finally role. It’s incredibly bittersweet, realising that although the journey is finally over after so long, you have to say goodbye to it knowing you’ll never be able to relive it for the first time again

It would've been hilarious if there was a way to avoid waking up on the first day and the rest of the game really is a cute RPG.

If the entire game was nothing but a story about 4 happy kids exploring a fantasy dreamland on a mission to find their friend, this is what I imagine the credits would probably be. No serious story, no dead sister, no final duet. Just an bittersweet farewell to a fun adventure

this would be a good ending theme for a happy ending, where sunny's mom doesn't buy the house and he stays, everyone helps each other with their mental health, and the gang is together again :)
But the 'moving away' part is why KEL went to knock on SUNNY's door. Without that, they'd probably remain separated, forever coping and grieving their beloved friend's passing.

You sure you ready for this? Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Y’know, this feels like White Space after Sunny came to terms with having killed Mari and the other details of that day, a White Space that is a place to live and survive instead of only to survive. A white space without Omori. Kinda like if Sunny reimagined Headspace, not as a place to escape reality, but a place to remember the people who support him.
If that makes sense.
Original White Space has this feeling of choking stagnation, but this feels like it’s a... living creature, a sort of grey (or gray) between Black Space’s blunt truth and White Space’s fantasies and lies. A place where the truth is accepted, and you can still breathe without self-hatred shadowing you every minute. Hence, I would like to propose calling it “Grey Area.”
That’s what I feel like this rendition of White Space embodies: not the cold white void, not the cutting black abyss, but a comfortable middle ground between them, where the air is refreshing and Mari’s death is accepted.

I'm probably just imagining it, but I feel like I'm getting a slight Cave Story type vibe from this one? I haven't heard the Cave Story ost in a while, however that was the first thing that popped up in my mind with this remix when it hit the 0:14 mark.

To me, this remix gives off the same vibes as "Once Upon a Time" from Undertale. If Omori had an opening cutscene where the backstory and characters were introduced and explained, this would totally be the music playing throughout it.

It's pretty remarkable how much the changes really add to the song, even with (or maybe because of) the limitations of vrc6. You did a good job on this!
It sounds like the theme to a whimsical journey full of beauty and childlike wonder, if Headspace was the main "reality". Maybe like a more light-hearted version of OFF, with a stoic traveler wandering a surreal land to stop some slow destruction of the world with his colorful new friends while learning what friendship and happiness is.
