Dear Eric, if the service isn't good in the wood, the camera will still take photos and it will save them into the SD card so yes it will be possible for you to view them via a computer. -KM

Hello Dylan, our cameras come with preactivated and preinstalled SIM cards. We highly recommend not taking it out unless advised by our customer service agents. If you're referring to the SD card, we recommend having the SD card before turning the camera on. Instead, after activation, the camera information will be shown in the app. For the picture without any animals, properly there is no animals in front of the cameras so nothing is captured. I set up the camera at home, all worked well. When I wanted to install it on my hunt (4 weeks later) it didn't work. It gets good signal (green light) but then the green light doesn't go away as it should... What to do? Reinstall? Update software?

I got a red flag during the setup process and It said Contact customer service. I had already set up 1 camera with no problem. When I looked at the status a 2nd time everything was ok

This video is NOT accurate. The screens that come up on the website are not what’s shown. In particular there is no “scan” screen. Also he SIM id has underscores or dashes, but the enter bar doesn’t accept them, and there’s nothing to tell you they are not needed, or that the lettering is or is not case sensitive.

I received a SPYPOINT camera for a gift I have been trying to use it for this season and have had nothing but issues. Did all the formatting and updates need spoke with SPYYPOINT they said they would send a new one out and never received anything and they are impossible to get a hold of. I would not recommend to by anything from this company. I would say they have the worst costumer service and they do not stand behind the product they make.

I inheritted some cameras and trying to figure out where the serial number was...didn't think it had a pullout battery tray...thanks

In short, per my previous comment...the registration process will not continue due to SIM number not being accepted.

Made some progress , but the app doesn’t accept a typed sim entry, and a scan causes the app to crash.

There maybe a little tab on the side of your sd card/not your micro card that needs to be in the proper position...

Why can’t the address card be larger than 32 gigs
That’s just more space the camera needs to search thru when trying to find files.
