A challenging practice, but teaching me to be balance, present & focus. Drawing within & being mindful. Thank you 🙏 for being my guide today. A better 2021, just accepting what has gone by. Namasta👍🏼👏🥰

Definitely enjoyed the class but was curious while heel on top of knee pose was only done on one side.

Thank you for doing the practice and for your feedback. That's a great question. You definitely can do this pose on both sides and often that's how I teach it. The pose can put a lot of pressure on the (esp outside) knees and because you can feel the opening in the gluteus on both sides (even though a bit more on the top leg but if you slightly move sideways you can even that out) which is why in this practice I chose to only do it on one side.

Great class but too much chatter, in yin yoga it would be nice to have quiet moments in the poses! Maybe next time?😋
