This is SUPERB!!!👌 Finishes are top notch! Loved the drapes, large windows and the overall plan. The walk in closet is still a cupboard that I'd change into a walk in, walk in closet 🙈 The rooftop, I'd raise the glass walls, no parties in the house, twende terrace 😊. Loved it overall!

I think Kenya is really doing the best to be on International market, Real States in Kenya can't be compared to Nigeria or Ghana, where prices do not match the houses that are on the market. Nice to see an African country that is really doing its best.

If I get to buy a house for 18m 🙏🏽, For sure I will need the laundry room to be an actual room that can fit at least two washing machines, a dryer, ironing table and some shelf cabinet for temporarily storing folded clothes.

Hope the waterproof is well done, the flat roof is good but if you don’t manage the water it can be frustrating when the leeks start!
