Flat roof. Runda is beautiful, i once visited some houses wah beautiful 😍 🤩 houses my eyes have never seen such massive houses. You just buy the house walk in with your clothes everything else is included.
Those are golden retrievers. Good to see you covering inside the posh neighborhood unlike many youtubers who just cover the outside. Do Karen and Muthaiga next.
I like a flat roof designed house because it provides an extra space on top of the house for other life important aspects e.g. an extra space for exercises, doing parties, basking, relaxing, doing small kitchen gardening, etc. therefore a flat roof design is flexible and worthwhile. A pitched roofed house design on other hand gives aesthetics to the house but the space cannot be utilized for other purposes unless installing solar panels and few other fixes.
