@@WheresiNfinity That's a difficult question to answer without more details. It may have a throttle override safety system that kills the ignition above a certain RPM if it detects a throttle cable issue. It may have a reverse speed limiter that, for some reason, is malfunctioning and limiting speed though it is in reverse. It could have a fuel system or clutch issue.
@@JoelArseneaultUA-cam thanks for replying, im not to familiar with 4Wheelers, even though its Automatic does it still have a Clutch? Ive done research here on youtube but there isn't Much about this artic cats

I haven't worked on or ridden any Arctic Cat atvs ... Kinda looks like a mix of Polaris and Suzuki.
Basically the same exact thing as a Suzuki eiger 400
Reverse override is so that you can have full power in reverse... if you don't use the button it's kinda like limp home mode in reverse.
