    The lube over spray was later attended to by specialised BFG over spray remover which leaves a grippy rubberised surface after use.

    Well presented insert and a product that is functional. Anyone who has built a car from scratch would envy the easy of working on all angles. (Your watch was distracting, though.)

    Good video, I think a little more time spent explaining the balancing. Depending on you're experience level it can be easy or send you to the emergency room. You should never do the balancing alone.

    assuming this isn't sold anymore? don't see it on the site.. i built my own anyway, but was just curious of the details and price. not sure if I'd trust mounting on the bumper mounts.. especially with the car having the extra weight it does in the video.. the design is actually pretty similar to mine other than how i'll be mounting. i'll use the rear leaf spring shackle location instead.

    where did this rotisserie come from? i can't find it available on their website and i am in need of one...i can find them and instructions on how to build one...but with this specific video with bolt sizes etc, this is particular to one kit/model. so where do i get this one and how much?

  • @youdunce
    @youdunce 7 років тому +3

    only good if you have a concrete pad to roll around on. Why not have bigger wheels, not casters so one can take frame out of the shop to sandblast, paint, etc. Also, in South Texas, that would be one rusty mess in about a week.

    The center bar lock bolts should have been put on side of tubing. Spin car when its not high enough those bolts would put nasty gouges in the sides of the car.

    • @dirtbagnova

      This is the dumbest comment on here so far. So You would just rotate the car without checking clearances to the ground or center bar? What difference does it make that there are lock bolts there?

    00:22 90 degrees not 360.

    •  3 роки тому

      WRONG!!! The rotisserie machine can rotate the entire body or frame 360 degrees!!!

    • @ricky302v8
      @ricky302v8 3 роки тому

      @ You're not the smartest are you, how would you access the underside if you rotated the vehicle 360 degrees? How many degrees do you think he rotated it at 13:57

    •  3 роки тому

      @@ricky302v8 You're going to tell somebody who has actually DONE it that they are not very smart??? How about getting your facts correct before publishing false information on UA-cam for all to read!!! You are evidently basing everything on what this particular person did in his video. But that has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with the actual capabilities of what can be accomplished with a rotisserie machine. I don't know what machine you have personally used, but the one I have turns 360 degrees which is essential for accessing every possible angle.

    • @ricky302v8
      @ricky302v8 3 роки тому

      @ So you've done it? big deal!
      Lets quote what he said *'and rotate it 360 degrees so you have access to the underside of the chassis'* do you not realise that if you rotated it 360 degrees you would end up in the exact position you started from?
      I don't give a flying fuck if the rotisserie machine could fly to the moon, to get to the underside of the chassis you rotate it *90* degrees, exactly like he does at 13:57
