Adam has like the most perfect read on every character from the first impression hahahaha really goes to show the type of people skills you need to be a good coach
Adam's guess is accurate. The author modeled Shiratorizawa after Tohoku High School, very famous private school in Miyagi prefecture. He traces and draws their real buildings. They have produced many elite athletes. Figure skater Shizuka Arakawa and Yuzuru Hanyu won the gold medal in Olympic Games. Yu Darvish is an active pitcher in the NLB. Volleyball player Taishi Onodera is expected to win a medal as a member of TEAM JAPN at the Paris Olympics. He is the best blocker in Japan.
Shiratorizawa is based on Tohoku high school, which, if memory serves, is a private high school in Sendai (where the later rounds of the prelims take place). Team Japan's Onodera Taishi is a graduate, and he recalled having a manga artist come to their school for research in his 1st-2nd year, and then later they all heard about Haikyuu and were very excited to try and guess who the players were based on. And Kageyama did specifically mention failing to get into Shiratorizawa in S1! In his first conversation with Hinata at Karasuno, and then right before Nishinoya appeared.
It’s so interesting to learn which parts are based on actual places and people and which are fictional. It seems the research that went into this show was staggering.
@@adamschulz9475 you're right! The author's amazing research skills are something that's praised most often by their editors; they take it very seriously and are incredibly thorough. The first ever break they took from Haikyuu was about 6-7 years after it started (it was a weekly manga, so they had to draw ~18-19 pages every week), and that break was for a research trip as well.
I am SO SO GLAD that Adam pinged it right away that Ushijima wasn't malicious in any way, and was just stating straight facts. He doesn't care for tact or beating around the bush. While that could be a flaw and come off as very rude sometimes, I don't recall ever hearing him saying true and also malicious things to others. You'll see more as you progress, but this initial assessment of him is so good!
So the thing Ushijima said about Seijoh not being anything without Oikawa is that he's not incorrect. In the practice match where Oikawa was hurt and couldn't set, Karasuno beat them without Noya, Asahi, and Ukai, AND after essentially forfeiting the first set because of Hinata's nerves. He definitely wasn't trying to be a jerk, but he's not particularly concerned about how others will receive what he has to say. Having said that, Hinata and Kageyama had the PERFECT response, and Ushijima definitely has them on his radar now if that smile he had at the end was any indication. Edit: I should clarify that I personally do not think that Seijoh's other players are "weak" necessarily, but the difference Oikawa's setting makes is undeniably drastic.
I think part of it was also that without Oikawa, the team had no real direction on the court. Oikawa is not just excellent at setting, he directs everyone like a conductor does an orchestra, making sure they know what to expect on defense and are getting the best plays run for them on offense.
This is exactly it. Without Oikawa they absolutely struggle. Sarah has said it in the past - liberos and setters are similar in the sense that a good setter/libero can make a average team soar, and a bad setter/libero can make a great team suffer. Frankly, with the addition of Noya, Asahi, and Ukai...if Seijoh had any other setter it probably would've been an easier match for Karasuno than their match against Date Tech, because Hinata would've had his nerves under control by then and Kageyama wouldn't have been thrown off with the mind games
I’m pretty sure, in Japan, most schools that have strong sports teams are private schools, and they even scout for good players. And naturally, haikyuu reflects that by having 2 of the best teams in the prefecture, Aoba Johsai & Shiratorizawa, be private schools.
Shiratorizawa is basically the equivalent of a major Sports Academy here in Canada. It produces star athletes from the entire region for pretty much any major sport. In these schools its also pretty common for star alumni to donate to the school to keep the prestige of the academy going, so that explains why the compound is so state of the art.
To me Ushijima in this episode just seems someone with no social skills, they kind of guy who has no filter and doesn't get why people react badly when they are just telling the truth. He's not malicious.
That's fairly accurate for him going forward, too. There's a reason he hangs out with that other teammate of his (they're both weirdos in their own way)
Everyone is fired up. The music is building up then it stops as soon Takeda Sensei mentioned exams 😂😂😂 those 4 just turned into stones. This will always be funny to me 😂😂😂
If I remember correctly, Kageyama did apply for the Shiratorizawa and took the entrance exam because he didn't receive an unconditional offer from Shiratorizawa. He failed the entrance exam because he is only good at volleyball but not studying... which is also the reason why he is one of the four who are highly likely to fail the final exams in the end. a fun fact, in "Haikyū!! Final Guidebook Volleyball Climax! ", the author marked Kageyama's brain/IQ with 5/5 and said this number only relates to the ability in terms of volleyball but nothing else🤣
Its underrated, but I really love the first small training match Karasuno has with itself here. This was a throwaway page in the manga with a couple of panels of Karasuno in motion with Ukai worrying if they had enough experience. The animation team turned this into one of the best animated game sequences in the show, right out of the gate. The first play we see in the whole of season 2. Its almost like a wordless promise: this is what you're looking forward to, but its also almost a moment of joy. Look how much better we've gotten. And it slaps.

" A tall tall wall loooms infront of me, What's the view on the other side?" is a quote used in the 1st season first episodes too and hinted through out Haikyuu. It's so poetic as it represents the literal 'wall' to overcome such as high blocks, But also the metaphorical 'wall' that a player must climb to get better at volleyball i.e. skills, experience, genetics (height), game intelligence. This story is about a boy who wants to see the brighter side, the open net, the freedom you feel. He has to go many tribulations i.e. being a bad passer, being told you are not good enough, being told you are short, being told you are inexperienced, getting blocked, shanking, even mesh in a team environment just to see the glimpse of the 'other side'. Its a beautiful journey that he finds that he doesn't have to do it alone, its a team sport, and things like running a decoy can help his team mate overcome that 'tall tall wall', and vice versa his setter or team's passing helps HIM be set up for success to overcome that 'wall'. Both literal and metaphorical sense. You find that each season, he seems more and more over the 'other side', earlier seasons its just glimpses... and eventually he has full field of view of the whole court and its shown to be visually bright/beautiful which an amazing cathartic feeling. It's also expressed in later seasons (not really spoiler) that 'Freedom' is being able to do anything in the court, having the skills to set difficult situations, having the skills to pass difficult balls, having the skills to divert blocks or block out, the skills to funnel blocks. 'Freedom' is being skilled. 'Freedom' is having options. 'Freedom' is when you've accumulated all this skills, experience, game intelligence to finally over come this 'tall tall wall' that 'looms' over you. Its amazing.
His final piece that he learned in Brazil is also being able to view himself from the opponents perspective, the view from the other side which made him a monster at predicting what his opponent will do, beach volleyball with two people means he have to do everything to cover the whole court rather than with a whole team, which means he must be able to know where the ball is going
PLEASE, I need at least 2 eps per week, my anxiety is killing me to see Adam with this anime, at the end of this season the draft is going to be great, thanks to both of you, big hug from Argentina
6:40 I think the practice scene was partly for the audience to give them a full glimpse of what volleyball CAN look like. As the audience's knowledge grows and gets accustomed to the movement, they can keep track and appreciate the more advanced parts of the game. However, Hinata is fairly presumptuous. Any rookie coming to a veteran and saying "I'm coming for that ass" would feel pretty disrespectful. We're rooting for him to do it, of course, but Ushiwaka is entirely justified in being like "You gotta make it to me first".
"I'm Hinata Shoyo, from the concrete" has to be one of my favorite Hinata moments, it's such an iconic moment and it carries so much depth!! I won't elaborate more because that would go into spoiler territory... but for me, this was the moment I fell completely for Hinata.
In my opinion, Ushijima is just as blunt as can be. Matter-of-fact, it is what it is, calls it like he sees it. And I mean, look, Ushijima's been beating down Oikawa's teams since they were in junior high. The fact that Ushijima still recognizes and respects Oikawa's talent tells me that Ushijima isn't just cocky and he's not letting that success go to his head, and that he may actually have a pretty solid grasp on the overall level of skill on Seijoh. It just so happens that he has a higher standard because he's been to Inter-High and the Spring Tournament, and he's on the Youth National team. He's seen the best of the best in Japan at their age group, and Oikawa would be the only player from Seijoh considered around that tier. And I mean, I think it's a fair statement. Look at the other teams we've seen so far. You can grab players from Karasuno, Date Tech, and Nekoma, and upgrade that Seijoh squad at every position except for Oikawa and maybe Iwaizumi. That being said, the fact that Ushijima has such a high standard makes it way cooler when you realize that Ushijima was getting pumped up at the possibility of playing against Kageyama and Hinata. Hinata and Kageyama wanted to scout Ushijima out, but throughout the whole encounter, _he_ was scouting _them_ out too. By the end of the conversation with Hinata and Kageyama, Ushijima is listing off their athletic traits, and you could see him getting visibly riled up and excited. He's impressed by what he's seen from them and he's like "Okay. I see you. Bring it on."
These perceptions are always about perspective. You look at 2 high school kids versus someone who has played internationally and won everything it seems so far. You just have a different view of what is good.
Fun soundtrack fact! The name of the music at 23:47 where Kageyama and Hinata step foot on Shiratorizawa's campus is called "Confrontation With The King." A lot of people think it's [REDACTED]'s theme, but I think it's extremely telling of Ushiwaka's abilities that it first plays when the freak duo has their first run-in with him. Sometimes it's the little things that matter!
so like sarah said we know the first two papers takeda saw were tanaka n nishinoys. he proceded to look at the rest of the players grades n his soul left his body xD. up to interpretation. since u guys already saw the next by this comment just a funny catch
I love the guys/girls viewing vibe you two always have.. Find myself sitting on the couch, coffee in hand replying to you "Oh Sarah, don't bother.. Guys usually don't look at that kind of stuff.." or "Don't give him to many details.. Let him cook" 😊 Season 2 is my favourite because of many ((spoiler)) reasons.. Anyway greetings from the Netherlands you guys! ❤
@Adam, yes Shiratorizawa looks like a private secondary schools. Japan has many types. Some are intl. schools for expats, some religious academies, some for Japanese, etc. I am a teacher and have applied to some in Japan.
As a married man, Adam plays the long game, giving the road to Sarah who states her opinions strongly. Bro I feel you, but you can also say that you're both correct. The beginner swag is real and isn't invalidated by Sarah's points about the slander Ushijima Wakatoshi (Ushi-Waka) said about Seijoh pissing Hinata and Kageyama both.
I feel the word "rejected" is a bit misleading (since there actually ARE many people out there that believe that Shiratorizawa actively "rejected" Kageyama). They didn't particularily want him & thus didn't reach out to him with a recommendation, sure, but the reason Kageyama didn't make it in, in the end, was because he just didn't do well on the entrance exam.
this is probably not how it was but i really liked it when hinata was like "thanks for showing us around". idk how accurate that translation was to the original but i found it funny that he said it to ushijima in front of the person that called them out, implicating to the person that they didn't just get in, no this student of yours showed them around 😂
I think that even if Hinata doesn't know exactly how strong is Shiratorizawa's team, they have a good image of it (though I guess he does know at least a bit about them). Seijoh has gotten second place in regionals and despite losing against Shiratorizawa these 3 years, they've been a consistent team that did not get absolutely wrecked by them anyways. Also, Ushijima is one of the best sub18 spikers in Japan, and has been scouted by the national team, which Hinata knows. That's why he inmediately focuses on the training camp after talking to Ushijima, because he knows he (and also the team) need to earn experience by playing against good teams to get better. Btw, the concrete analogy sounds amazing to me when applied to Hinats. He's like a wild plant growing in the crevices of cracked concrete. He didn't have a team before and he had to persevere during three years, learnint what he could and still driven by an insane hunger of volleyball. He hasn't been nurtured and had little experience with volleyball matches until recently, but even if the conditiond aren't the best, he manages to take everything he can to keep growing like wild plants do
animation budget got a boost this season. Yeah its Shiratorizawa Academy means its a private school, people also noting that its based off of an irl private school with a strong team. Also in like early season 1 when they are walking outside coaches store Kageyama talks about him getting rejected by shiratorizawa and couldn't get in through their entrance exam and in general conventional methods
I checked the channel hoping for the episode to be out, then 1 more refresh before bedtime and it was up for like 2 minutes :D yaaay season 2 here we come!
Surprises me that with what we've seen so far Adam hasn't realized that while being an absolute genious in volleyball, Kageyama is nuts at almost everything else, from taking hints, diplomacy, general awareness of his surroundings (we'll see more about that) and of course, sitting down and focus on his studies. There's only volleyball in that big thick head of his. Don't get me wrong I love that idiot with a passion.
Season 2! Let's go! Love seeing you both! Sarah, you are awesome! You don't get enough props for being so good at keeping spoilers a secret! Great job! Btw kageyama seems smart, but he only applies his smartness to volleyball. He's like a savant, basically.
I do feel that Ushiwaka is talking down to Hinata and Kageyama, but he has that unlimited pride and confidence. Hinata's speech is a straight up declaration of war though, challenging him and stating that he will eat his words
This is what happens when you are at the top. When you are the best you are the standard for everyone who wants to make it. Everyone comes for you. This is probably a conversation Ushiwaka has had before
the more I've sat on it season 2 is my favorite once we get a little into the arc I'll say why but the approach to this section of the story is amazing
I have to say, I think Adam is very good at getting a grasp of the character's personalities, he read Ushiwaka very well here! And yes, Hinata's lines while talking to Ushiwaka are fire, I think everyone gets hyped up hearing them!! Loved him and Kageyama being silly and getting lost in this episode, they're so funny XD And coach Ukai feeling for his boys when Takeda talked about the exams haha This season is gonna be a lot of fun :D
Kageyama's motive for choosing Shiratorizawa as his preferred school was that during his time at Kitagawa Daiichi, he got into trouble with his teammates and became isolated, so he didn't go to Aoba Josai, where most of his former teammates enrolled. This is also related, but the biggest motive is Kageyama. I think it's because my grandfather, whom I respect so much, was a graduate of Shiratorizawa. Since he was a child, Kageyama had heard from his grandfather that Shiratorizawa was the strongest in the prefecture.
I'm finally all caught up after several months (now I gotta wait like everyone else lol)! Can't wait to see Adam's reaction to some of my favorite characters that get introduced this season.
One thing to mention about Shiritorizawa is that as adam mentioned, they seem a wealthy school with great facilities, and in fact they have 6 of their 7 starting players on athletic scholarships, which is uncommon in japan.
Eyyy!!! In my opinion one of the best and most underrated episodes!!! I think on my first time through this was the first moment where I truly *got* that Kageyama is, basically, introverted Hinata. Prior to this, I'd kind of bought into the idea that because he's prideful and extremely talented, he must also be competent/a smart guy. And he's... Really not. He's just as empty-headed and obsessive as Hinata is! And the only reason that isn't obvious is because he's too naturally quiet to yell the silly dumbass thoughts that he still definitely has! But then sometimes, (especially when he's competing with Hinata) like the race up the hill where they're yelling their lungs out and completely oblivious to their surroundings because they *have* to win, it really comes out just how beautifully empty-headed he is, and just how like Hinata in that he is 😅 Also, "I'm Hinata Shoyo. From the concrete." is my favourite line in the show!
Kageyama did apply to Shiratorizawa but he failed the entrance exam so he went to Karasuno because he had heard rumors of the old coach Ukai coming back.
it was stated that Kageyama tried to get into Shiratorizawa in early part of season 1. forgot the episode number but it was when they were walking in a group after practice. he failed the entrance exam because he's not good at studying and they made fun of him being only smart with volleyball.
“I would never scoff and laugh at them”…immediately follows up her comment by scoffing and laughing, thinking about what she would do in that scenario😅
Shiratorizawa will scout for some players they want and give them special offer(and they didn't choose Kageyama) And because of that,Kageyama wanted to enter Shiratorizawa through entrance exam and eventually failed😂
They really need to watch the dub also. Its so good!! I love how hinata in the dubs says "im shoyo hinata from the korasuno parking lot!" I fell like in english that makes more of an impact because theyre crows.
There's something very sweet about Hinata's standing up to Ushiwaka as a response to hearing him dismiss Seijoh. As Kageyama says, Hinata usually gets intimidated by bigger players really easily: in season 1 Aone briefly LOOKED at him and he practically teleported to hide behind Tanaka. But he's indignant on behalf of a team that has beaten him and that he thinks of as really strong, even though part of why he thinks that is lack of exposure, and that is part of what pushes him to assert himself (and Karasuno as a whole). Other things: Adam, right before the episode started, saying something like "I wonder if we're going to see any practice this season" made me cackle, particularly since we then open with their training montage and the promise of training camp. Also, I'm having war flashbacks at Sarah's mention of stadium sprints up the stairs. Sometimes I regret giving up training after college, and then I remember those stairs.
Kageyama did mention that he'd tried for Shiratorizawa in S1Ep7 second half, after they had defeated Seijoh in their first practice match. Tanaka brings it up and asks Kageyama why he didn't join Shiratorizawa but came to Karasuno instead.
Are you guys gonna watch the vs. Akaten OVA? Most people do it after they finish season 2 but If you watch it after you finish episode 4, there won't be any spoilers for Adam.
@@SarahPavanVolleyball it's the 2nd OVA. I tried posting a link to it here but my comment didn't go through. P.S. You'll do Tanaka a huge disservice if you don't watch it. 😄
Very fun episode. I don't know why, but for me personally Adam looks similar to Ushiwaka in some aspects. Maybe it's his chiseled jaw.😅 Hopefully you guys will take it as a compliment. ❤
I am also in the barf when I work out club with Adam. We used to run lines in Basketball when I played when I was a kid (End line to quarter and back, end to middle, end to 3/4, end to end. Touching the line each time with your hand. Do it four times). I would run the full set, go throw up, and come back to practice.
Adam has like the most perfect read on every character from the first impression hahahaha really goes to show the type of people skills you need to be a good coach
I want to see what he will say about Bokuto😂

And just like that, Adam completely understood Ushiwaka's words and the intention behind them without even knowing him more than an episode.
The instant ushiwaka appeared "is he in the love house?" "Shocker" killed me 😂

It was awesome to hear that Ange, from Carlie & Ange (my other fav Haikyu reactors) Is rewatching with you and enjoying your reactions. ❤
oh i remember him talking about watching other reactions, but i didn't catch him saying that it was sarahs and adams reaction. love that
Ange said it in their Haikyuu 4x22 episode discussion@@vncnt_bbm
in which video did he say that plz mention
@@apratimsingh1306 Not sure, maybe 4/22 or 4/21?

I'm so exicited, I just found Sarah's reactions like 2 weeks ago and I have binge watched everything 😅
I envy not having to wait every week, I’ve been here for years man lmao
You should watch her AVP matches! She's a MONSTER (Haikyu reference intended)!
@@jay7tennis I'm starting to watch!!
@apollo4961 now I'll have to wait
Sarah looking up and making eye contact with the camera during the "concrete scene" had me in stiches 😆
I’m always behind lol. I only ever see those details in the rewatch
It’s the season of Hey hey hey finally! ❤
I enjoy the perspective from profesional volleyball people
27:41 "Above" is my favourite Haikyuu soundtrack! ❤ Makes me feel like I can do anything! 💪🏻
Unfortunately YT has strict music copyright strikes...cant hear it lol
Fun soundtrack fact! The name of the music at 23:47 where Kageyama and Hinata step foot on Shiratorizawa's campus is called "Confrontation With The King."
A lot of people think it's [REDACTED]'s theme, but I think it's extremely telling of Ushiwaka's abilities that it first plays when the freak duo has their first run-in with him.
Sometimes it's the little things that matter!
definitely mentioned Shiratorizawa by name in Season 1, early on in that scene outside Ukai's Sakanoshita Convenience Store
Adam has got Ushiwaka in one go he got that monotone in voice perfectly.
so like sarah said we know the first two papers takeda saw were tanaka n nishinoys. he proceded to look at the rest of the players grades n his soul left his body xD. up to interpretation. since u guys already saw the next by this comment just a funny catch
This is always a favorite episode of mine exactly for that iconic line. The best, it never gets old.
Adam thought Kageyama is smart at school as well😭 Also it is Shiratorizawa where he applied to but he was rejected. You'll know in the next ep why🤣
@@bdylp1098 yeah, I just didn't said why because I didn't want to spoil them😅
@@ace_4311 Actually, you didn't really need to worry about spoilers about this since Kageyama already explained the whole situation in Sn1.
Adam is so sharp, im impressed.
You wouldn't believe how hard it was for me to wait for this episode, Wish I could afford the patreon...
Hinata's "tall, tall wall" speech hits me so hard every single time, especially with such an incredible soundtrack behind it!
this is probably not how it was but i really liked it when hinata was like "thanks for showing us around". idk how accurate that translation was to the original but i found it funny that he said it to ushijima in front of the person that called them out, implicating to the person that they didn't just get in, no this student of yours showed them around 😂
Just wanna show some appreciation for Sarah's eye contact with the camera when she knows important s*** is about to go down
Adam is visibly enjoying Haikyuu more. I'm so excited for the season ahead!
This is probably a conversation Ushiwaka has had before
SEASON 2 SEASON 2 SEASON 2! I’m so so so happy we are finally here!
omg finally season 2!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited to your reaction
遂に2期来た!
Season 2 draft is going to be aboslutely fire
JAPAN!!!!😂😂😂
Kills me every time😂😂😂
the more I've sat on it season 2 is my favorite once we get a little into the arc I'll say why but the approach to this section of the story is amazing
I have to say, I think Adam is very good at getting a grasp of the character's personalities, he read Ushiwaka very well here! And yes, Hinata's lines while talking to Ushiwaka are fire, I think everyone gets hyped up hearing them!! Loved him and Kageyama being silly and getting lost in this episode, they're so funny XD
And coach Ukai feeling for his boys when Takeda talked about the exams haha
This season is gonna be a lot of fun :D
Ohhhhhh mannnn I'm so ready for the reactions to season 2, can't flipping wait!!!!!
Season 2 hype with my 2x favourite Haikyuu reactors!! Letssssgoooo!
Love the reactions! Can’t wait to see more and love the series ! Adam is a great addition 😂❤
I can't help but to laugh out loud at the "Oh Boy" reaction with their grades 😂😂😂😂😂
Hinata Shoyo from the concrete. That is likely the most fire of any anime. There is no better quote.
It makes my day when you guys upload wuuuuui
I'm finally all caught up after several months (now I gotta wait like everyone else lol)! Can't wait to see Adam's reaction to some of my favorite characters that get introduced this season.
YAY!! So excited for this - hope you will enjoy this season just as much!!
Nebraska native and huge fan. Love hearing college stories from you!
But then sometimes, (especially when he's competing with Hinata) like the race up the hill where they're yelling their lungs out and completely oblivious to their surroundings because they *have* to win, it really comes out just how beautifully empty-headed he is, and just how like Hinata in that he is 😅
Also, "I'm Hinata Shoyo. From the concrete." is my favourite line in the show!
Kageyama did apply to Shiratorizawa but he failed the entrance exam so he went to Karasuno because he had heard rumors of the old coach Ukai coming back.
I hope you'll watch the OVA about the boys trying to pass their test.
it was stated that Kageyama tried to get into Shiratorizawa in early part of season 1. forgot the episode number but it was when they were walking in a group after practice. he failed the entrance exam because he's not good at studying and they made fun of him being only smart with volleyball.
Yeahh S2 journey has begun! 🎉
Yes, Season 2 first reaction has come out. Now my weekend will be fantastic 🙃 Like you 2 guys.
He said it right lmao. Ushijima is a stud 😂. Can’t wait till he sees him in action
Sarah breaking the 4th wall this ep was cracking me up! Thx for sharing
“I would never scoff and laugh at them”…immediately follows up her comment by scoffing and laughing, thinking about what she would do in that scenario😅
2nd OVA reaction! 😁2nd OVA reaction! 😁👍
Those training sessions are always a love and hate experience lol
This episode made my cheeks hurt I was smiling so hard
OMG YES, ALIVE ONCE AGAIN
Kageyama did mention that he'd tried for Shiratorizawa in S1Ep7 second half, after they had defeated Seijoh in their first practice match. Tanaka brings it up and asks Kageyama why he didn't join Shiratorizawa but came to Karasuno instead.
Thank you very much for the subtitles, I don’t know English that well yet, but I really love your videos
Are you guys gonna watch the vs. Akaten OVA? Most people do it after they finish season 2 but If you watch it after you finish episode 4, there won't be any spoilers for Adam.
Wait, which one is that?
@@SarahPavanVolleyball it's the 2nd OVA. I tried posting a link to it here but my comment didn't go through.
P.S. You'll do Tanaka a huge disservice if you don't watch it. 😄
@@SarahPavanVolleyball It's called "Haikyu!! OVA #2: VS Failing Marks"
"HEY, HEY, HEY" Season 2!
I am so hyped for season 2 with you guys. Let's gooo!
I AM SO EXCITED
Very fun episode. I don't know why, but for me personally Adam looks similar to Ushiwaka in some aspects. Maybe it's his chiseled jaw.😅 Hopefully you guys will take it as a compliment. ❤
I am also in the barf when I work out club with Adam. We used to run lines in Basketball when I played when I was a kid (End line to quarter and back, end to middle, end to 3/4, end to end. Touching the line each time with your hand. Do it four times). I would run the full set, go throw up, and come back to practice.
That just means you were working hard!
Ushijima is a 1+1=2 person. he is just so straight forward it comes out rude, kind of like Kageyama but even more purer imo .😅
