    I absolutely hate it. I have driven to the next city over in multiple directions and gotten lost due to dissociating. I had considered stopping driving altogether at one point because it was so scary. I wasn’t aware I was doing it until my dad pointed out I had been wiping the counters but not actually getting them clean..like just standing there wiping and I had absolutely 0 memory of wiping the counters at all..know how frustrating it is, you just want to snap out of it but you can’t. It’s almost claustrophobic..feeling stuck in another dimension..just totally disconnected. I can definitely empathize. Grounding has worked for me in the past. Thankfully I haven’t had an episode in a long while. Sorry you are going through this, it is so hard and it is so hard to explain to those who don’t experience it.

      I can totally relate to the driving situation and I'm still working on staying focused but it's tough when it's beyond our control. It's vids like this that help reduce the stigma.

    My heart is with you jessy ,i wish you will be okey soon. I don't know why this happening to us, im very suicidal at the moment and asking myself why do i bother to live anymore, its so debilitating and crushing.

    Hey there, im in a full blown manic episode atm , so scary. I cant remember the last 4 days. Its awful. My lithium isnt working. Im seeing colors patterns etc. Im sympathise with you. Deep breath and on we go again. Hold your heart high. Hope we find some peace soon. Take care :)

    I have a stuffed toy that I hold onto and it helps keep me grounded. I disassociated last week for a few hours, but as long as I held my Snoopy, I felt better.

    Mindfullnes guided meditations help me.
    Lately I've been expirience disociation and auditive hallutinations. It's scary but nos that I understand what is happening to me I feel like I can deal it better. Sending love
