- This is my 1st homemade welding project. I used DIY tools from my local tool shop warehouse cheap welder machine, 700w drill gun and a manual grinder. Obviously, normal tools have been used screwdrivers, wrenches etc. It took me 2 months during my free time.

Very nicely done! Thank you for sharing!
As you can see English is not my first language but I tried my best. If you have any question about the trike i'll be happy to answer it asap. I am going to upload soon the riding test review. I hope you guys like this video.
You sound a bit like Balki.
Nice work, my friend! Think I would shorten the seat a bit unless you're going to ride tandem. I've been using a molded fiberglass seat for 5 years. I found all you need is a small area for your butt to sit on with a 30 degrees slope of the backrest.
What did you use for the front wheels and brakes, I was thinking of building one but can't figure out what to do about the front wheels and brake system. Did they come as a kit or did you just have to piece them together from different sources. You did a great job it is one of the nicest that I've seen.
Wow awesome bike. Im ganna build me one soon and your video will help me a lot. Where you from by the way?? And how fast does it go??
I am Mexican living in Australia
I would love to know do you made the wheel joints and steering cross section. Because these two parts are complicate to build
It's complicated because of calculations about size of person and the final dimensions that you want for the trike. I spent several hours calculating how it should works properly. As an example; in order to use a conventional handlebar, I had to calculate a turn of 25 degrees aprox in the handlebar to 20 in the wheels. However, the mechanism is the same. It can be as close as you needed to the cross section according with the calculations. In this case, it has been considered the angle resulting from the rear axle to the cross section which helps to improve the steering according with the Ankermann steering geometry laws. Let me know your email to send the pictures of the mechanism
