Just fyi: I'm 87 years old and riding my first recumbent trike! I LOVE IT! I did ride one with no motor assist, and was able to ride 3 miles or more......... now with the motor, I can do twice that and could do more! We live in a 55+ community and have private roads, so it's quite safe. There is a slight hill, but nothing steep. I LOVE MY CATRIKE!!!!!
I just purchased a Catrike 559. The thing is amazing. I looked at the ice sprint tour and it was significantly more money even though I felt the catrike was better
I want one bc I can use it for exercise and transportation but I don't know if I can afford both a recumbent trike and escooter/miniebike. When they 1st came on the scene they were sooo affordable w some going 25-30mph..faster than a cars street limit. Now it's like $600 for a basic scooter. I did something dumb, I overcharged my scooter now the battery is no good. It looks hard to access.. can I buy ANY model's replacement battery? That'd be cheaper. Tbh cars are so much cozier and cheaper but my license expired and I'm not trying to spend my life in car shops. I heard best buy has scooters u can try. Is that so? Thanks in advance
There is a closed caption selection to be found in the upper right corner of the screen, if you are struggling with the Narrator’s accent. Touch the upper right and three dots will appear. There is a selection of features list. You can chose the closed caption (cc) there.
I rode the Auzb Fat trike for 10.000 km across Europe and Africa. And a Auzb tricon 20" for 30.000 km across Europe and Asia. No motor on both. I will soon start a new long trip across Europe and Asia on a Azub Fat
There are other great and better options for full suspension recumbent electric trikes from Catrike, AZUB, Stein Trikes, Specbike Technics and TrikExplor.
You can slow down the PLAYBACK speed. IN THE RIGHT HAND UPPER CORNER OF THE MEDIA WINDOW, ARE THREE DOTS ( touch screen there briefly ) touch the dots, and a drop down screen appears. One of the selections toward the bottom is playback speed selection feature. This may help you discern the narrator speech.
Unfortunately e-trikes at $6,000 and above are way out of most people's price range. Even a good e-bike is $2500 or more and a pretty penny for most people.
@@goOutdoorZone regarde voir sur youtube.! J'en et commander un, C'est une marque polonaise que j'ai eut la chance de rencontrer par hasard un jour avec le boulot et depuis j'en suis tombé amoureux. 50lb of capacity will give u 6 x 20ah 48v batteries. Which is 6000wh. I get 20-25mi of range going 20mph per battery. One can do 120-150+ miles if u had 50lb of batteries. More if you build your own single battery instead of having 6, because u can have more cells and will require less electronics for a single battery pack. U also have the option to go with Lifepo4 cells instead of standard 18650 lithium cells for longer battery life. This is what u get with a 50lb battery.
Five best? Well, maybe; I couldn't understand a word he said. Next time, if they can't speak without a debilitating accent that garbles the words into oblivion, please use French narrators in France, American ones in the U.S., Russians in Russia and so on.
nICE VISUALS, BUT IF YOU WANT TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON YOUR COMMENTS OF HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO DO A GOOD PRESENTATON,OOPS, You will need to redo the narration and get your facts straight. Wow! That's really amazing! Thank you for sharing your experience.

What brand do you recommend?
Thank you. It was in time for guests.
You're welcome! And we're glad it helped.
HP velotechnic? Azub? Velomobiles with e assist?
Hey, how about Dekers Recumbent e-Trikes? they look really interesting and have things I haven't found elsewhere
Haven't had the opportunity get our hands on it yet. Thanks for sharing. We will purchase it.
I am sure Catrike should have been in this list. I love my Catrike Dumont
Yes absolutely
Great demand for that trike!
A real winner.
Catrike and Terra Trike are the most popular brand in the U.S.
I just purchased a Catrike 559. The thing is amazing. I looked at the ice sprint tour and it was significantly more money even though I felt the catrike was better
As for style, any have a round-car wheel instead of handle bars? On any similar device? Thanks
We don't think that will be a bike anymore.
It becomes a gocart

You left out the E Cat Bosch powered trikes from Catrike and the Azub Ti Fly e trike.
They are impressive machines!
I agree. The E Cat should have been included.
How about a revue of the Performer JC70
We'll try to cover that.
@@goOutdoorZone I am just in the process of buying one. Will be getting delivery in early April.
Please show the weight of each trike and list their names...it seems impossible for me to use this as a starting point for my research.
Noted!
Any one knows whats the etrike in the video's thumbnail? looks amazing
No catrike, Dumont ?

Yeah but it’s trying to translate what the narrator is saying so badly and results in being no help at all
My Azub Tricon 20 is 100% muscular and I love it!
Well, thanks for sharing!
Utah Trikes orders, outfits, and sells a whole bunch of the AZUB Ti-Fly.
I love the idea and my back says definitely but I fear knowing the bike paths and road ways it may be tough with all the traffic
You have a point

Has anyone had their ride stolen? I live in NYC and had 2-3 bikes where my chain was clipped
Yikes! That's a bummer. Make sure you double down on your security measures to keep your ride safe.
Have you only tested these trikes?
Yes!
Check out the specs of OUTRIDER USA recumbent etrikes. On road high speed models or off road high torque models. Massive batteries in all models.
Will definitely do!
Great video thanks 😊
You’re welcome 😊

Thanks for the suggestions.
YES GOOD PRESENTATION, BUTT NOTHING ABOUT PRICE PRICE PRICE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

Great information, but I had to listen to it four times to understand what the narrator was saying.
Sorry about that. We're are always working to improve the narrating part. Thanks a ton!

No doubt almost as bad as Biden better known as major mumbles😹
you missed: AZUB
I like the hight and foldability of the Trident
Do you have one?
Haha, nope, maybe if I ever play and then win the lottery...but I watch a lot of product videos because I fantasize about being able to buy one
You have shown the Trident Terrain 26 but listed the specs for the Trident Terrain 20.
Unfortunately, Outrider is no longer building trikes, only quads.
That's unfortunate :(
Which makes sense because for stability to accommodate the large battery bank. Besides, in the U.S., Utah Trikes dominate the trike market.
Not really any comparisons....just a list of specifications.
Thanks for your feedback.
AZUB ?

Also tested a tricycle from the Netherlands 👍
Great! Was it a recumbent e-trike?
Hello✌️🇨🇵 ya aussi la marque de trike électrique DECKERS c'est les meilleurs rapport qualité prix 😬
Merci beaucoup pour la suggestion.

Grande de Sica!
YES!
Look fun, but these can't go for shopping, Grandtan is better.
Thanks for sharing
Narrator’s accent is difficult to understand. As well, his list of trikes isn’t at all comprehensive; different spokes for different folks.
We are now more careful about the voice part. Thanks for sharing though.
Catrike Dumont
You really ought to speak more slowly and distinctly--either that or invest in a better mic.
Right. We did. Hopefully you'll like our recent videos.
No matter which bike it was, I’d dedicate 50lbs of the payload capacity to battery storage.
Great idea!
@@goOutdoorZone I wonder how much farther you could go ? Maybe 1/2 again the total advertised range IDK. Neat to think about though.
Even two batteries don't weigh half that.

TRIOT Trikes!!!! Check them out.
Thanks for the info!
I’m about to save up to get me a nice one. I’ll save so much money by not buying a car.
Good luck!
Probably all made by the same chinese company.
No China, Taiwan, USA
Cartrike are made in Florida, at least that’s what I’ve been told!
definitely not - Outrider are made in Asheville, NC - but nobody has the $12k to buy one so nobody really cares! 💰💰💰💰💰
When I see something like that I think steam engine...😊

Sales speak blah blah blah. No pricing!
Info OK, delivery nauseating. The least you could do if you insist on speaking English is not Kosher slaughter the language.

Is that so?
Best recumbent Trike for fat people,,,, please??

Trident Titan, Greenspeed Magnum, Ice Adventure HD
fat person? where?, we all skinny from riding trikes, lol
Catrike Max. Just released for larger size and heavier riders.
