Make sure to get the free handout to review at your own pace: www.nutritionwithjudy.com/anti-inflammatory-benefits-of-a-carnivore-diet The talk is supposed to be comprehensive to argue why carnivore is the most anti-inflammatory diet. It's a big subject and talk to take on, but it was a lacking content-piece in the Carnivore space. While it's a lot of info, sharing ONE talk with someone is much easier, so if a person could only watch one video on why Carnivore is ideal for chronic illness, I wanted it to be this one.
Great video - carnivore is the way to go. Weve never eaten as much glucose, fructose or starch as we do nowadays and it shows in our illness/sickness numbers
This should be a Ted Talk. Seriously, i watched it 3x back to back. I've heard a lot of this before, but you explained it in an easier to comprehend way.
Dear Judy, I'm following you from your first book! I'm a carnivor and Functional Medicine Physician from Sicily- Italy. This video is outstanding, congratulations!!!! It's very useful and I like to share it with all my patients and medical colleagues in Italy! I send you a you tube link on Cardiometabolic disease : it's an interview to me from a Italian TV ( Odeon TV), with english subtitles. If you like, could you share it with your contatcs? I'd like to let it know to many people possible. Thanks and .....a great hug. You are important and inspiringto my work. Gaetano Conforto:))
Judy I have your books and have been a fan for years. Revisiting this is so helpful as I got sloppy with staying true to carnivore. Need this! Thank you so much.
Hi Judy, I am an avid watcher of U Tube and although I was familiar with a lot of this video’s content, no doubt this was the most informative and expertly presented video that I have seen. Keep up the great work! Sincerely, Larry Ross
Hi Judy. Stunningly awesome video. Brilliant summary of the benefits of whole food carnivore lifestyle. Slides complement your talking nicely. Brilliant!! 10/10. 👍 🙏
Yes, that was the intent of this video and why I didn't even share all the slides because I wanted the video to be shorter. Hope it helps your family members at least plant the seed!
In a little over 3 months I've brought down my A1C (diabetic A1C of 7.1) to optimal A1C 5.13) and my weight into correct range (35 pounds) using a predominantly carnivore diet. I'll also say my cholesterol ratio is almost in the optimal range (4.13) I have a way to go on my insulin resistance, but the battle has only begun. I'll also say my IBS, gastritis, reflux, bloating is mostly gone. I also have copd and on oxygen 24/7. Now the but is I've went for 3 to 1 liter in 3 months. My lungs are healing. I still have a very long way to go, but the hardest is the first step.
So much information presented so quickly is mind boggling. I would like to send this video to some friends and family. But I’m pretty sure most would discard it within the first few minutes.
Very helpful. Thank you. When you first start watching videos they often mention inflammation but don't always explain the possible causes. This was "in a nutshell".
No criticism from me. Well done Judy. Fabulous. I know how much work you put into this. It was a lot, like ya mind boggling amount of time and research. Your content was amazing and I understand what you are saying. But what I also noticed was the look on your face. You were passionate in your quest to help people. Loving your neighbor is Christ in you. I saw him in you. Well done sister.
Greetings from ireland. Fabulous & comprehensive presentation supported by first class analysis & first clsss graphics. read your book which was transformative in its content.Well done, much appreciated!
This is a great presentation , it's chock full of great information for anyone who is new to Carnivore or a seasoned veteran of the diet. Your care and conviction is evident ,well done Judy!
Amazing video! I cannot thank you enough for presenting this. I adopted carnivore diet 2 months ago, I can testify to its benefits. And I recommend it to anyone who would benefit. But it's like talking to a brick wall, people just don't want to give up grains. Whatever!
Hello Judy, I recently found you bc I have RA and tendinitis. I ordered the carnivore cure and I really can’t wait to delve into the book. I’m grateful there this better way to deal with illness. Gods best!
I am so thankful for you and the hard work you are doing to heal and restore. I experienced all the healing you are talking about once I went Carnivore. Holy cow...it works!
Excellent video!!! Nice to have it in one video and then I can look up your references as needed!!!! Such good information and so true!!! Thank you❣️🙌🤗
Thank you. Yes! That was the intention, and then once a person wants to learn more on Carnivore and how it relates to X, they can look into it in other videos! ♥
I have watched about 300 vids on carnivore and this is one of the best. I have been hoping someone would provide more structure and direction in carnivore vids. You provide that for sure. Infographics are amazing and so helpful. God bless you Judy and thanks for all you do.
I get a massive stresshormone response on low carb/keto/carnivore. (Done all variations for atleast 2 years in total!) Even after months and months of doing it, I still get racing heart beats to the point of arythmias and I can't sleep bcs of the stresshormones. I don't know how to fat adapt when this happens? I actually get more insulin resistant on low carb bcs of this, developing those brown patches in my arm pits. Have you ever come across people like me? I really would have to go carnivore to heal inflammation, leaky gut and Hashimotos but my body just can't take months and months of sleeplessness and constant racing heart so I eventually HAVE to revert back to animal based. It's a catch 22. And a few carbs doesn't cut it, I've tried for such a long time. I have to have atleast around 170 g of carbs/day to stave off stresshormones and to be able to sleep and don't have dangerous electrolyte disturbances. 🤪 My thyroid labs and symptoms gets worse on low carb aswell btw. I hope you'll see this and answer...What do you do with clients like me? Any tips would be SO appreciated! I love your channel btw❣️ Thanks🌞
Yes! Every day at lunch my husband would complain of stomach pains, I’d ask him what he ate, and it was always a salad. This drove us to keto. Then, when we found carnivore, things have gotten so much better in all areas! I’m thankful I decided to go on this journey with him.
Amazing content as always! And well backed with research data. Looking forward to the upcoming research you and your team are doing on inflammation and meat-based diets
Most of the toxic foods I have been eating for decades...almonds, kale, loads of peanuts, also black tea, whole wheat, etc. Never had any health issues but had increasing irritability, until recently when diagnosed with a life threatening chronic disease that I rather not mention. All of my friends, family ate what they want while I was known as the health nut. THAT'S when I knew something has to change.
Awesome to hear the fine details of what I've learned over the past few years. I've been on a quest to avoid Alzheimer's due to the fact that many members of the family have been dying of this disease since the 80s. Not saying I can avoid it but I think educating my younger members of family will help in the future.
Hi, thanks for this informative video. I am glad you mentioned chronic stress, which is what I am dealing with right now. I am staying faithful to the Carnivore way of eating, but now need to focus on removing (not just managing) some stress factors from my life.
Absolutely loved this video! It’s reassuring to me that I’m going into the right direction. I’ve shared it on my social media family and friends. Thank you!
Thank you for the info for others. I'm Carnivore myself and it healed me tremendously including my diabetes. My inflammation gone and I feel great physically and mentally. 🤗
The AHA still promotes plant based diet, fyi. "Anyone with a high LDL cholesterol level should consider reducing sources of both saturated fat and dietary cholesterol, Van Horn said, because together they are considered more likely to contribute to arterial plaque. This is especially a concern among people with overweight, obesity or other risk factors. Some people are genetically predisposed to high blood cholesterol levels. Health care professionals often advise such patients to pay extra attention to what they eat, control their weight and increase their level of physical activity, Van Horn said. People with healthy blood cholesterol levels should recognize that as they age, their risk increases and tolerance for less-healthy foods can change, she said. So, it's best to keep the emphasis on "more plant-based eating, including whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, along with more fish combined calorie-conscious eating and regular physical activity," Van Horn said."
Wow. This is amazing. An encyclopedia of solid information presented clearly and succinctly with accompanying notes and references. This took a lot of work to put together. Thank you!
That's great, Judy. So much excellent information. I've been listening as I ordered another 1/4 side of beef and a full sheep from local farmers to keep me going for a few more months on carnivore. It's the best thing I've ever done for my health.
Hi Judy:: This is one of the best videos I think you've ever done!! So packed with info!! You are an amazing teacher! I think the presentation puts everything in a nutshell If we want to see improvements, remove the poisons!!❤❤❤
I was under the impression Glycine and NAC helps to form glutathione. How does glycine increase oxalate crystal formation. When I tried looking up studies, all I could find were older studies saying it actually helped to inhibit formation of kidney stones. Confused by your statement about glycine being bad for people who are on a low oxalate diet and may dump. I take potassium citrate electrolytes and glyNAC. Dumping has been managed so far.
Inflammation has two faces, either we inflame to cure or inflammation to indicate our body are damaged. This means our vein or body had to wait for the inflammation to happen so our body can fix it. My leg sciatica and lower back pain lasts for 1 year plus even im on carnivore, then suddenly my body had a serious inflmmation which cured all of my problem.
Great I just bought a bunch of turmeric because of another video that says it’s anti-inflammatory. Since I’m lactose intolerant I drink almond milk because it has lower carbs than oat and I can’t have soy. I also use almond flour (Costco has the least amount of carbs) for occasional baking of muffins and pancakes.
Thank you Judy for putting out important information. It's entertaining and informational. I might not make the best choices with food but this helps me stay the course.
Hi Judy! I have a question, how can you treat eczema? A friend of mine started getting it (most likely due to extra stress from her work). What ways could she help herself with it?
Thank you ! I have felt the thought leaders and influencers in the meat space have cast you away. You asked the questions about all the people that followed the program and did not get skinny, fit or healthy. So you like them were put into life boat and cast away… I think many are not eating enough fat. Even though we are meat based modern meat is lean. If you are lean your body can convert protein into energy and no problem. If you are not it can be. Fat keeps our insulin low. I really think insulin is the daemon. It then messes up other hormones. Man bewbs are normalized as Dad Bod… perfect example of hormones not regulated.
Just being a little nit-picky for a great presentation, but Insulin doesn't stop working properly, various parts of the body stop responding to insulin because it needs to in order to react properly with too much energy available. Always good info!
A quick Google search suggests one medium banana is 14 grams of sugar so you'd need to double your metrics. And as robert lustig would say its not the sugar or the glucose its the fructose and fructose goes straight to the liver unless you have fiber slowing the digestion in the intestines making the fructose not go to the liver then you wont have insulin resistance or metabolic syndrome. We'll see if you touch on this since im at the beginning banna part.
I’ve on carnivore diet 5 months. I have Parkinson’s and give mirtazapin 1/4 for sleep which was helping but now I wake after 2 hours not being able to get back to sleep! I wake usually around 3 am every morning is this high cortisol? What can I do? Has my body metabolism changed being on. Carnivore
Actually; upon investigation, issues with metabolism are the root cause of all diseases. If the body cannot metabolize, there is no energy production. Inflammation is also the body's way of signaling to heal and recover.

Why does my glucose run higher on carnivore. Fasting insulin and A1C are optimal. Thank you.
In my opinion Judy Cho has the most accurate info and she deserves a Badge of Honor ! 💯
Yep! Right up there with Ben Bickman.
Knocked it out of the park with this one Judy, thanks a lot!!
Thank you! ♥

This happens to me too and I was diagnosed with CIRS. Do terrible on low carb
Brilliant Judy, it might be too much for many. But maybe that’s what many need.
I love it 🥰
Love this! I don’t think this was confusing at all. I am a healthcare professional though ❤
One of the most informative videos ever!! Thanks Judy
Excelente informação. Gratidão imensa
HIGH-FAT carnivore quickly resolved my inflammation. I was shocked. 👍
