Make sure to get the free handout to review at your own pace: www.nutritionwithjudy.com/anti-inflammatory-benefits-of-a-carnivore-diet
The talk is supposed to be comprehensive to argue why carnivore is the most anti-inflammatory diet. It's a big subject and talk to take on, but it was a lacking content-piece in the Carnivore space. While it's a lot of info, sharing ONE talk with someone is much easier, so if a person could only watch one video on why Carnivore is ideal for chronic illness, I wanted it to be this one.

In a little over 3 months I've brought down my A1C (diabetic A1C of 7.1) to optimal A1C 5.13) and my weight into correct range (35 pounds) using a predominantly carnivore diet. I'll also say my cholesterol ratio is almost in the optimal range (4.13) I have a way to go on my insulin resistance, but the battle has only begun.
I'll also say my IBS, gastritis, reflux, bloating is mostly gone. I also have copd and on oxygen 24/7. Now the but is I've went for 3 to 1 liter in 3 months. My lungs are healing. I still have a very long way to go, but the hardest is the first step.

I get a massive stresshormone response on low carb/keto/carnivore. (Done all variations for atleast 2 years in total!) Even after months and months of doing it, I still get racing heart beats to the point of arythmias and I can't sleep bcs of the stresshormones. I don't know how to fat adapt when this happens? I actually get more insulin resistant on low carb bcs of this, developing those brown patches in my arm pits. Have you ever come across people like me?
I really would have to go carnivore to heal inflammation, leaky gut and Hashimotos but my body just can't take months and months of sleeplessness and constant racing heart so I eventually HAVE to revert back to animal based. It's a catch 22. And a few carbs doesn't cut it, I've tried for such a long time. I have to have atleast around 170 g of carbs/day to stave off stresshormones and to be able to sleep and don't have dangerous electrolyte disturbances. 🤪 My thyroid labs and symptoms gets worse on low carb aswell btw.
I hope you'll see this and answer...What do you do with clients like me? Any tips would be SO appreciated! I love your channel btw❣️ Thanks🌞

Most of the toxic foods I have been eating for decades...almonds, kale, loads of peanuts, also black tea, whole wheat, etc. Never had any health issues but had increasing irritability, until recently when diagnosed with a life threatening chronic disease that I rather not mention. All of my friends, family ate what they want while I was known as the health nut. THAT'S when I knew something has to change.

The AHA still promotes plant based diet, fyi.
"Anyone with a high LDL cholesterol level should consider reducing sources of both saturated fat and dietary cholesterol, Van Horn said, because together they are considered more likely to contribute to arterial plaque. This is especially a concern among people with overweight, obesity or other risk factors.
Some people are genetically predisposed to high blood cholesterol levels. Health care professionals often advise such patients to pay extra attention to what they eat, control their weight and increase their level of physical activity, Van Horn said.
People with healthy blood cholesterol levels should recognize that as they age, their risk increases and tolerance for less-healthy foods can change, she said.
So, it's best to keep the emphasis on "more plant-based eating, including whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, along with more fish combined calorie-conscious eating and regular physical activity," Van Horn said."

I was under the impression Glycine and NAC helps to form glutathione. How does glycine increase oxalate crystal formation. When I tried looking up studies, all I could find were older studies saying it actually helped to inhibit formation of kidney stones. Confused by your statement about glycine being bad for people who are on a low oxalate diet and may dump. I take potassium citrate electrolytes and glyNAC. Dumping has been managed so far.

Inflammation has two faces, either we inflame to cure or inflammation to indicate our body are damaged. This means our vein or body had to wait for the inflammation to happen so our body can fix it. My leg sciatica and lower back pain lasts for 1 year plus even im on carnivore, then suddenly my body had a serious inflmmation which cured all of my problem.

I have felt the thought leaders and influencers in the meat space have cast you away.
You asked the questions about all the people that followed the program and did not get skinny, fit or healthy. So you like them were put into life boat and cast away…
I think many are not eating enough fat. Even though we are meat based modern meat is lean. If you are lean your body can convert protein into energy and no problem. If you are not it can be.
Fat keeps our insulin low. I really think insulin is the daemon. It then messes up other hormones. Man bewbs are normalized as Dad Bod… perfect example of hormones not regulated.

A quick Google search suggests one medium banana is 14 grams of sugar so you'd need to double your metrics. And as robert lustig would say its not the sugar or the glucose its the fructose and fructose goes straight to the liver unless you have fiber slowing the digestion in the intestines making the fructose not go to the liver then you wont have insulin resistance or metabolic syndrome. We'll see if you touch on this since im at the beginning banna part.

Actually; upon investigation, issues with metabolism are the root cause of all diseases. If the body cannot metabolize, there is no energy production. Inflammation is also the body's way of signaling to heal and recover.
