This is Yoga, this is Hatha yoga. I do not understand how a Hatha yoga technique can be called by another name simply by saying that it is done in one way or another. What is the end of it? The hatha yogis were the ones who revolutionized the world of yoga with new techniques such as pranayamas, mudras and bandhas that some of them were already known since the dawn of Tantra. I believe that to modify and add any new technique to yoga, one must first be a Yogi, who dominates the body and the mind. Don't you think that by letting ourselves be carried away by modernisms, what we achieve is to distort Yoga? Namaskar !!
I don't know what is good for me. Vinyasa or Hatha yoga. All I know is when I finished a session, I am feeling strange. I loose my smile, I am nervous, I speak less, I loose my joviality. I don't know why. Maybe it's about inspiration and expiration by noose all the session and I have less oxygen Or maybe it's because I am not relax when I am doing session. What do you think about it ?
You need to understand right way of practicing Yoga . It should be slow , proper alignment , more breathing and no efforts ... Just mindfulness and stillness . Try it with us ...... After practice do Savasana
