@@jameslindsey7664 Some like you said. I personally never answer when is a private number unless they leave prior a voice message. What I found is that when you call from any number, they pick up the phone after the 2nd or 3rd call in a row. I personally, it makes me curious and answer the phone too 😂.
Beautiful lecture, I need to listen to this many times to key into it.
Matt!
Excellent encapsulation!
Thank you so much!
Good job I love it
Wealth of Great information, Now I need to use it.
Is that the actual tonality that you use as well?
I am curious. Why do you have to ask if they work or retired? Makes a difference since ONLY what you have to sell is the appointment? Great video.
I get it. To set up the time of the appt.
I just confirm appointment I do all the other stuff after I see them
I know phone leads are important but do you suggest creating my own leads as well?
RICKEY TERRELL yes
Why not? The more leads the better. If you generate your own leads and they already know who you are it's just a bonus.
*67…..lmao. Who answers blocks calls?!
Why do you use *67? I don't answer when it's a private number.
Some people will answer because it's an unknown number. The idea is that people get curious and will answer. 👍

We are all different, even if 5% of people answer only when is a private number, I think it's worth it the time you invest in.
I think people like a less pressure approach
