Who DIDN'T expect a Bioshock game to be scary? The first time I played the first one, I was absolutely terrified. Though Bioshock Infinite really wasn't as creepy as the first one, it was still a Bioshock game. Shouldn't surprise you, really. I just wish they'd have gone even more horror. One thing that really surprised me was the first Uncharted. I was not expecting that!
That was my favorite level of the game as far as gameplay was concerned in uncharted drakes fortune. Having to systematically clear the halls of those diaper monsters, then that huge room, so good! Then next game i played was Resistance Fall Of Man, 2009 i believe, aside from videogames, that year went really badly in the fall, and real life hasn't gotten any better. But i still have video games!
Trainboy1EJR That was the best part about the game. Still gives me chills thinking about the first time i played it. my friends asked me for help since they didnt want to do it and i said it couldnt be that bad... life isnt easy at all, but at least theres games. i hope stuff gets better for you!
Another game that turned to horror and should be on this list : Thief 4. In the asylum level, it turned downright horrible with jump scares and all that shit like wth! I wasn't prepared for that...
What about Skyrim? Like, you expect monsters, yeah, but places like Frostflow Lighthouse were completely uncalled for. Worst first encounter of Chaurus and Falmer to have.
Going around the lighthouse, reading the notes and hearing that horrible sound the creatures make. And then finally exploring below, encountering more of the horrible creatures and finding the rest of the unfortunate family and then the giant one. Ugh.
I'm sorry, have YOU ever been playing on max difficulty, slowly creeping around the place with Detect Life, then have a rock formation EXPLODE into a fuck chitinous emissary of death? First time that shit happened to me, I very nearly threw my controller. After that, I started shooting arrows at every odd rock formation that seemed the tiniest bit out of place.
The Sherlock Holmes one should've been replaced with the Heart of Darkness mission from the Star Wars Battlefront II campaign. Going from Mygeeto to Felucia was like going from kindergarten to Vietnam.
+Mason Sawyers nah the worst mission was the jedi temple with the part where you had to protect the archives. They would kill themselves and in the process destroy the shelfes.
Bioshock Infinite's citizens unnerved me in the beginning. Starting off the whole thing with a baptism that you almost get drowned in, to the ONLY white-skinned citizens talking like high-class nobs, everything was too clean, and when you start a game with a cult baptism it's not doing any favors to make the world any less creepy. I explored, overheard just the worst kinds of people, progressively it got more unsettling and, I even commend the game for this, they gave me a weapon the very moment I wanted to start murdering some people. Tell ME to throw a ball at an interracial couple, hope you're not too attached to your insides, officer. Too bad Booker doesn't give a shit. I wanted to save that couple, but gone behind that curtain they went and the game plum forgot they existed.
bence babka Oh, I chose not to throw the ball at all, guess I should have been more violent in my opposition. Still tho, I don't really like Booker cause he really didn't care about what I as a player cared about.
Heavy Bioshock Spoilers. Don't read further if you've not completed the trilogy... Well, the last of the three, anyway. But who doesn't play Bioshock in order? Tbh I actually really liked Booker for that. Added more character to him, in a way. I mean, Bioshock 1 was all about a man desperate to live with varying attitudes towards innocents depending on the Player's actions (Harvest or Save Little Sisters), Bioshock 2 was all about the unbreakable (literally) bond between a Big Daddy and a Little Sister, and the lengths he'd go to in order to save her and set her free. Bioshock Infinite, Booker was much more human, more altruistic. "Bring us the girl and your debts are paid." He set out to (recover his daughter, then wiped his own memories) find a random girl, going through hell to find her, and then hell all over again to get her out, just so he could make ends meet. He didn't care about right or wrong. Just surviving to see another day, and maybe to have a chance of living. While 1 also just wanted to survive, he was constantly faced with moral choices, having to (in essence) play god just to survive... Unless you played without picking up a Little Sister (not sure if possible, but I'd imagine so... Just think of the Gamerscore you'd get...) But Infinite? He just plows through everything that holds a gun and looks more than slightly aggressive because it might hinder him... Well, unless it's a 200 foot tall stone eagle, intent on devouring the kidnapper of it's Charge...
I first played Halo CE when I was six after I had seen my uncle play some of it. I'm now certain that his intention was not to get me interested in games but to scare me to death with The Flood.
+CharlieMason I really wanna make fun of you guys, but I played co-op with my brother (we were 12 and 14 at the time) so maybe I would have been scared if I played it alone back then. I played it alone after the MCC came out, but I'm 26 now. I just always thought the Flood looked like funny marshmallow critters.
Colby Steffen Personal preference, first time I was scared s***less, second time (I did true pacifist twice) I barely batted an eyelash. (Also, LEARN HOW TO SPELL)
+Kevin West the guardians on the second one wasn't so bad, the first one with those cursed Spaniards who turned into those things freaked me out, and the last one was weird where this water in the desert city can make a person go crazy and be easily controlled, not to mention those guys that use some type magic to appear in one place and then disappear i can't describe it how they did it, but i hope i didn't spoil anything for you
holy shieeeeeeet, that was so spoky, when i found him, i was like: uuuuuh, (person who is whit me) do You know who he is? and this idiot is creepy especialy when You are playng in yhe night ;-;
Assassin's Creed: Unity I thought I was in for a fun Assassin's Creed experience, the usual jumping and stabbing and assassinating... then suddenly, ARNO'S FACE SLIDES OFF HIS SKULL
You guys forgot: not only are the Boys of Silence terrifying in Bioshock: Infinite, there's also that super creepy wheelchair near the beginning of the level. In the words of one of my favorite UA-camrs: "Oh my f*cking god. I don't want to play this game anymore."
The one Boy of Silence that appears behind you right after you throw the switch always scares the crap out of me. I jump almost every time despite knowing it's coming. Comstock House is my least favorite bit of the game (followed by the entire Finkton area).
Jared Alps different characters from different episodes, like the tank crew from "The 7th is made of Phantoms", and maybe play as them after the end of the episode? That'd be swell.
+Matthew Nicholl I would so buy that. You could play through like chapters kinda, but they'd be called episodes, each opening and closing with narration from a voice actor who sounds the most like Rod Sterling. It could be in black and white, and because of the episode thing you could play through several different stories. And then maybe you'd be able to play through classic episodes as well. I know the "Would the Real Martian Please Stand Up?" episode would be a good one. You could play as one of the two police officers trying to figure out which person in the diner was the Martian. And naturally Monster are Due on Maple Street would be awesome to play through.
I don't know about you, but I started playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R thinking it was a FPS game based on terrorism, then I went to Agropom Underground... *THOSE EYES*
Most horror games feel like cheap, flailing attempts compared to pretty much everything about STALKER SoC and CoP. Assaulting the sawmill is more terrifying than all of Dead Space.
I remember getting freaked out by Ocarina of Time. Majora's mask was at least obvious with how it dealed with dark stuff, but I have pretty bad memories of the Poe Collector, the Shadow Temple, Under the Well, Bongo Bongo and freaking Dead Hand. Somehow that game scared me more. 😨
The Dunwich Building. Fallout 3 Where the heck did THAT come from! I don't know who is responsible, but give those people a raise for that, and then promptly fire them over it!
Yes, even if you've heard of its creepiness, it can still take you by surprise with just HOW far the game goes. I knew it was going to be "off" and "dark" but I was not prepared for what I saw.
I'd say there's been some pretty scary moments in the thief games. youve already mentioned that orphanage in the past. then there's the freakiness of Constantine's manor.
Oh gods. I forgot that one. And then there was the hammerite church. Sure humans aren't THAT scary but that place was creepy as all hell, especially when the whole time you knew that if you made one damn squeak some 6ft beefcake in chainmail would come clomping round the corner ready to crush your face with a hammer.
+Cass Hamilton I will never forget the sounds coming from three hammer haunts, a hammer priest and a bunch of zombies after you have just snuck around and have just stolen the eye. For me it was awesome. Come to think of it, that sound would be perfect for this video and you could get Mike, Andy or Jane (or all three) super paranoid about it. Could be very entertaining to watch.
You know what else was frightening?? The Man-bat jump-scare in Batman: Arkham Knight!!! i was supposed to be the one to strike fear in everything but i was the one who almost got scared out of his bat-socks!! After that i always had to brace myself when grappling around Gotham...
+Slender Robot OR that one jump scare in Arkham Origins!!! Remember? That was a really good one! ........ actually i don't know if there IS a jump-scare in Origins, but we should just assume there is one, as to not leave out the poor game
Still have nightmares whenever I remember Ravenholm from Half Life 2. I can't tell you how relieved I'd feel whenever Father Grigori popped up on the rooftops telling you cryptic messages on how to get out....
Charlie Kurlzz Everyone has fears. One of mine is encountering Silverfishes when I'm playing Minecraft (which is kinda freakin' rare, actually). Pretty fuckin' sure you have fears, too.
You are the first ppl who made a top ten list with spoiler alert and actually named which games could be spoiled here. I mean everytime I watch a top ten list, for example top ten anime deaths, that has spoilers in it, I always get worked up about the fact that they never name what could be spoiled here. I haven't watched every anime that exists so how am I supposed to know if this list will spoil sth for me or not. So thank you for that.
+temppa4 If so I vote for mass effect 2, if you wait to rescue your crew... and don't get there in time. Or in the original Starcraft, "Tarsonis" nuff said.
What about the true lab and the genocide jumpscare in Undertale? I mean, the game seems pretty friendly in the pacifist route and then shows you an even deeper underground lab with weird melted together monsters... Though for the genocide run, it's justified...
(Yes I know this isn't an xbox game, but nevertheless) How about Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, when you explore the Valhalla? OR, even freakier, Metroid Fusion, where there's a doppelganger of you stalking you through the ENTIRE GAME.
ratlover523 Absolutely; the GFS Valhalla was TERRIFYING, despite having few enemies. With the shuddering, ruined ship and the corpses lying in various gruesome ways, the entire atmosphere was like something straight out of Dead Space, before Dead Space even existed.
When you play Metroid Prime 2 at night in the dark world, also the corpses everywhere at the beginning ( I was young like single digit numbers when I got to play it on the Wii)
HOW DID YOU NOW HAVE DOKI DOKI LITERATURE CLUB ON HERE? This is literally the entire point of the game, and it's the main reason it became popular, and it fooled EVERYBODY. It was the MAIN PLOT.
1:22 Forget the spiders and zombies. The thing that freaked me the most out in Minecraft was the fucking noise that indicates you're nearing a dungeon/a dark cave system. AKA the Dark Noise. That fucking noise is responsible forgrinding my cave expeditions to a halt and never return foar a lenthy period of time.
Minecraft's music when you're all alone builds up an atmosphere. But seriously? The noise that SPIDERS make? That is the dumbest thing ever. And don't tell me that "Your First Night" actually scared you.
+Stanley Especially when the door shuts behind you. You think something is going to happen then the lights turn on and you take a lovely ride in what looks like a armored gondola and after that you get to listen to a guy get disemboweled by a splicer. Yay positivity!
+AfterLife BattleFront™ I noticed, just like that Sony gaming channel, that while they started as a glorified advertising channel, they both basically just became their own thing.
Not super in the spirit of this list but still relevant: there are warnings on Doki Doki Literature Club for a GOOD REASON. That game starts off cute, gets vaguely ominous, and then nosedives HARD into “aaaaaah what the fuck why would you do this stop messing with my computer.”
I just love the Zelda reaction. Simple, straight to the point, "Why...". No long explanation for that. No need. Pictures spoke billion words for that....
Majora’s mask I legit used the song of time at the end of the first day because seeing the moon get closer absolutely terrified me as a kid. It took me forever to finish it since I had to let the moon get close before I could climb the tower.
Ya thats a good one the mission in the dark nazi sub base was scary af, the uc2 part in heart of ice when the shadow of the monster moves out of view was scary too
Yeah you don't know scary till you play virus on timesplitters 2 and your running away from people on fire in the worst scream and death sound effects, ever
+Vince Shadell it's already on the wii, on the e-shop. Plus it got remade for the 3DS. Same with OOT. Plus twilight princess is coming out on the wii u next month, how many more remakes could you possibly want :L
You know what is creepy ? The spiders from Total Miner Forge, an Xbox 360 minecraft clone. The spiders had no animations, so they were like statues diving at you. And the noise... oh god the noise. They had long, bendy legs and bright red eyes that would pierce your very soul... don't believe me? Look up "Total Miner Forge new spider" in google images
Jak and Daxter: Precursor Legacy When you swim too far/are in certain bodies of water for too long you hear a quickening heartbeat before a giant fish pops up and swallows you whole. Oh hi there therapy
Best example I can think of is the Man In The Wall Mission in Warframe. I can't remember the exact mission name but the one where you walk around in the dark with it almost feeling like a resident evil game. I loved it and was super surprised but the sudden tone shift.
How can you talk about Minecraft being scary without mentioning creepers?? Also, it's not even remotely scary at all in any dimension. And I have arachnophobia.
True, True.. And I guess you could say certain mods could make it scary. There are some mobs that you really don't want to encounter in a cave with mods on, especially ones from the Dungeon Mobs Mod. The noises they make are just disturbing
Gotta watch out for them Minecraft spoilers

Yes, we can't have people spoiling the fact that everything in Minecraft wants you dead.
There is a story, the question is, what does it mean?
Playing fallout 3 for the first time, automatic-finger tapping the vats button constantly as you roam the wastes
Don't even get me started on my first adventure down into the metro tunnels, or any of the vaults besides 101 for that matter
Fallout New Vegas, Vault 34, Deathclaw Promontory, and Dead Wind Cavern...
The worst moments were in Fallout: NV and you're travelling with Boone. He would spot something a fee miles away and shoot it and you would get the kill Cam suddenly pop up outta nowhere
The Third Man
I never actually had that happen (kill cam outta nowhere), but he has spotted enemies before I have, and saved my butt a few times.

sonic would be green if he drowned to death because he is blue and if he was green he would die.
I see what you did there lol
the actual lyrics are dabbadee dabbadi but I get it lmao
... Well done... Well done...
bladesmithy 018 I think it's trying to communicate...
????????
Another game that turned to horror and should be on this list : Thief 4. In the asylum level, it turned downright horrible with jump scares and all that shit like wth! I wasn't prepared for that...
Thief 3's The Cradle....that fucked me up
Yes! Me and my mate were playing it. And we were totally shocked. xD The freaks are terrifying. o.o
Deadly Shadow's Shalebridge Cradle wipes the floor with the Thief 4 Asylum imo
Star Wars Republic Commandos when you had to investigate the lost acclamator assault ship. That genuinely scared me when I played it through.
God, yes. That game had way too many jumpscares between that level and Geonosis for a low-res tactical shooter.
I just love how they took less than 5 minutes for Majora’s Mask
Less than half a minute even.
Fallout 3 - Dunwich Building - nuff said
What about Skyrim?
FROST FLOW LIGHTHOUSE CAN FUCK ALL THE WAY OFF, MY GOD
That place is horrifying and difficult... but that permanent passive 10% Boost to Restoration reward is so delicious for my Paladin characters!
The Sherlock Holmes one should've been replaced with the Heart of Darkness mission from the Star Wars Battlefront II campaign. Going from Mygeeto to Felucia was like going from kindergarten to Vietnam.
those goddamn acklays
Holy shit yeah
I hated that mission with all my heart and I hated the kasheek level it was like a nice day at the beach to D day
+Mason Sawyers nah the worst mission was the jedi temple with the part where you had to protect the archives. They would kill themselves and in the process destroy the shelfes.
Yeah the words our forward unit is under attack by some kind of creatures showed me that things were getting real
I wanted to save that couple, but gone behind that curtain they went and the game plum forgot they existed.
if you choose to hit the racist bitch not the lovers you will find them after some levels and they give you a piece of cloth and maybe salt and ammo
bence babka Oh, I chose not to throw the ball at all, guess I should have been more violent in my opposition.
+TheOdd101 Exactly, I never was able to play that game alone at night after that.
I had to have my cousin finish the flood levels for me I was too scared!
I played that mission for the first time at night, with headphones, in the dark. I regret everything.
Joshua Tucker Exactly, same here.
Andy, you're the only person i've met who remembers that his name's Serling not Sterling. *highfive*
🙌
+outsidexbox you should remake the twightligh zone lol
+outsidexbox Why no Undertale? Omega Flowey stole my innocence...
+FifthSkip nop, becuse, omega flowey. i havr seen isnt scarry
Colby Steffen Personal preference, first time I was scared s***less, second time (I did true pacifist twice) I barely batted an eyelash. (Also, LEARN HOW TO SPELL)
umm uncharted 1? holy mutants I wasnt expecting that :'(
Same, also the guardians in Uncharted 2
I shat myself and was way too scared to play lol. Kept dying too so that didn't help lol
duuuude! that was trippy! that should have been on this list for sure
when i played the ps4 bundle and played the first again i dreaded having to do that mutant shit again gahhh
+Kevin West the guardians on the second one wasn't so bad, the first one with those cursed Spaniards who turned into those things freaked me out, and the last one was weird where this water in the desert city can make a person go crazy and be easily controlled, not to mention those guys that use some type magic to appear in one place and then disappear i can't describe it how they did it, but i hope i didn't spoil anything for you
"Submitted for your approval", was that a 'are you afraid of the dark?'
reference I picked up on?
Twilight Zone, actually!
+Grant Cameron Are You Afraid of the Dark got it from the Twilight Zone. So you are both right.
+outsidexbox Yes, excellent reference there.
+Travis Hines What episode from Twilight Zone was that?
Zen Razor It was said at the beginning of each story.
The day 343 gives me the same sense of dread from Halo 1's reveal of The Flood is the day they get my respect.
The day they give me a cliffhanger ending they actually earn is when they get my respect too bad that is too far gone
the subtitle for the first entry..."accidentally on porpoise" **begins to clap slowly**
What about in Arkham Knight when you are gliding around and then when you grapple a building and Manbat is there
holy shieeeeeeet, that was so spoky, when i found him, i was like:
uuuuuh, (person who is whit me) do You know who he is?
and this idiot is creepy especialy when You are playng in yhe night ;-;
I dont remember that because... I couldnt play it on pc
+Joshua Brown funny lol nice joke 10/10 original content. its been patched for like 4 months move on
that shit was terrifying
And he's all like "Hi, let me scream into your face."
So we're not going to Ravenholm? Good. We don't go to Ravenholm.
"why" i laughed harder than i should have
Assassin's Creed: Unity
I thought I was in for a fun Assassin's Creed experience, the usual jumping and stabbing and assassinating... then suddenly, ARNO'S FACE SLIDES OFF HIS SKULL
What about metro last light? i thought I'd signed up for a train simulator
the wipe mask button kept me from being scared as it felt like a facepalm
Save Cat I kept pressing it hoping I'd turn into John Cena so the monsters couldnt see me
Josef Petro xD
+Josef Petro Metro 2033, The Library. Never again.
***** OMG YES
My wife has just asked me why I'm staring at my finger.
My response of "It's my key of imagination" has freaked her out a little.
Thanks Oxbox!
You guys forgot: not only are the Boys of Silence terrifying in Bioshock: Infinite, there's also that super creepy wheelchair near the beginning of the level. In the words of one of my favorite UA-camrs: "Oh my f*cking god. I don't want to play this game anymore."
lol nice which youtuber is that?
Cryaotic, or ChaoticMonki, whichever you prefer.
Hannah Reynolds no kidding, I watched that playthrough, guess it's time for a re watch lol. Thanks~~
+Hannah Reynolds ahahah I remember when he said that, lmao
+Hannah Reynolds I knew you were talking about Cry; that guy is awesome!
Three words: Mansion. Of. Madness. Don't understand? Play TimeSplitters: Future Perfect, and you will. You will know fear.
The one Boy of Silence that appears behind you right after you throw the switch always scares the crap out of me. I jump almost every time despite knowing it's coming. Comstock House is my least favorite bit of the game (followed by the entire Finkton area).
Was there ever a Twilight Zone video game?
oh man that'd d be awesome
+Matthew Nicholl you play as Rod Serling? Or as multiple different guys throughout the different stories. That would be cool.
Jared Alps different characters from different episodes, like the tank crew from "The 7th is made of Phantoms", and maybe play as them after the end of the episode? That'd be swell.
You're playing it right now
+Matthew Nicholl I would so buy that.
WHY DID YOU BRING IT UP *shudders under my blanket*
Most horror games feel like cheap, flailing attempts compared to pretty much everything about STALKER SoC and CoP.
Assaulting the sawmill is more terrifying than all of Dead Space.
Man, playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. thinking it was a regular FPS set in the real world would be a unique experience I'm actually sad I'll never have.
After fighting the Flood and going back to face the Covenant, they felt like old friends and I was glad to see them again
Now that i think of it Bioshock is almost on every list.
MysteryJack nah that's skyrim
You didn't expect bio shock to be creep!? Have you ever seen the Big Daddies!?
+Elijah Wangeman (MindCat19) Also, can I suggest a top # video about the games that need to happen? Doctor Who, maybe?
+Elijah Wangeman (MindCat19) Big daddies weren't in Infinite..
+Ben Miller (BenChowMein) still the same series
+Elijah Wangeman (MindCat19) Infinite isn't as much outright horror a the other 2, they took most of it out and replaced it with 80% more satire!
Yeah, I was pointing out that the previous games were fairly freaky.
Uh...what about Half Life's 2 Ravencroft level? The head crabs scared the shit out of me.
Fallout 3
Where the heck did THAT come from!
I don't know who is responsible, but give those people a raise for that, and then promptly fire them over it!
Doki Doki is literally the definition of this
Jack Moran omg yes I thought The Same thing 😂
Just played it through yesterday night and I couldn't possibly agree more with you.
Yes, even if you've heard of its creepiness, it can still take you by surprise with just HOW far the game goes. I knew it was going to be "off" and "dark" but I was not prepared for what I saw.
Yes, but it at least gives you warnings before playing the game
YAAAAAAS
Star Wars: Republic Commando in the ghost ship
I'd say there's been some pretty scary moments in the thief games. youve already mentioned that orphanage in the past. then there's the freakiness of Constantine's manor.
Yeesh. Yep. Hated the zombies. Zombies were good back then.
+Cass Hamilton exactly what I was thinking that whole video. You just had this unbearable feeling that whole mission that something was watching you
How about the Haunted Cathedral and the undead city surrounding it?
I like how it was just "Majoras Mask" .... "yeah"
It was really unnerving XD
How about the descendants in Uncharted.
Thank you
You know what else was frightening?? The Man-bat jump-scare in Batman: Arkham Knight!!! i was supposed to be the one to strike fear in everything but i was the one who almost got scared out of his bat-socks!! After that i always had to brace myself when grappling around Gotham...
The dinosaur jumpscare from Arkham City....
Or asylum? The scarecrow is scary in general. The scene when Bruce sees his parents.
I can't tell you how relieved I'd feel whenever Father Grigori popped up on the rooftops telling you cryptic messages on how to get out....
bioshock infinite... It has scared me more than any other game in my entire life...
It was THAT jumpscare
Haha you should play Bioshock 1 and 2. Infinite was nothing.
No they were ok
It just felt like my soul was ducked out of me when I turned and heard that scream
If you want true horror try Silent Hill 2.
Scariest shit in Minecraft : FUCKING *SILVERFISHES*.
I still have nightmares...
You must be like 6. Nothing about Minecraft is even scary.
Charlie Kurlzz Everyone has fears. One of mine is encountering Silverfishes when I'm playing Minecraft (which is kinda freakin' rare, actually). Pretty fuckin' sure you have fears, too.
+Hanthome Yeah of legit things and not blocks
Charlie Kurlzz Like what kind of legit things ?
two words...one word? ENDERMITES! THOSE THINGS ARE FUCKING CREEPY
No Giygas from Earthbound?
+Ria Doherty Oh man, Giygas D:
+outsidexbox Are you guys going to do a commenter edition?
That and the Sonic drowning still give me spooks. Thanks for the trauma.
+outsidexbox FINALLY!! You had Zelda in one of your countdowns!
Yes! Ecco freaked me out so bad but I'm terrified of sharks and other scary underwater things. In the 90's when I wanted a good scare I would play it.
Um Tomb Raider 2 or 3. The Butler? Fucking creepy!
Not really to me, especially since you can lock him in the freezer room in the kitchen.
Omg yes I remember the noises he make
+That DBN slender butler
+That DBN Just lock him in the freezer. You'll be fine :P
The doctor Watson one made my day and actually scared me even though i saw it coming it was funny and scary though good video
Halo CE, that flood misson scared me as a kid
what, the one with that base full of dead marines? (sorry, haven't the game for years)
+Lilcommentaries oh wait, 343. just watched the whole thing. ;)
lol
+oliman300 Halo scared me when I first played it because it was a first-person game with a controller instead of keyboard and mouse.
I'm a geek, not a nerd I have played it on Xbox and PC, better on PC
'Accidentally on porpoise' STOP
Well FUCK
HOW DID YOU NOW HAVE DOKI DOKI LITERATURE CLUB ON HERE? This is literally the entire point of the game, and it's the main reason it became popular, and it fooled EVERYBODY. It was the MAIN PLOT.
Watson has nothing on weeping angels sir.
thats true
Spoilers for Minecraft? Ahahahaha
1:22
Forget the spiders and zombies.
And don't tell me that "Your First Night" actually scared you.
... Scary for Minecraft terms... Not to mention the fact that these are partial jokes.
The Sherlock Holmes one sure was.
Bucking hate caving with the music.
ikr.
Most girls' first night scares them. Oh... wait....
I love how all it takes is 20 seconds to sum up the experience that is Majora's Mask. Honestly, sometimes less is more.
Bioshock 1. The first 5 minutes.
+Stanley Especially when the door shuts behind you. You think something is going to happen then the lights turn on and you take a lovely ride in what looks like a armored gondola and after that you get to listen to a guy get disemboweled by a splicer. Yay positivity!
Brandon Coutu Indeed.
Dude, BioShock 1, the trailer, when a Big Daddy runs a drill through your torso.
Literally the best intro ever.
I hope Andy alive ? I'm worried, that bloody ending...
1:03 that SCP-087-B sound effect, though.
nintendo game on an xbox central channel? is gaming coming together???
they have done other Nintendo and PlayStation too
although yes they have united gaming
What's Mike's sweater of? I want it.
Cyborg 009!
the old anime is of course the best..
I didn't make it to my first night in mine raft I died under water whale running from wolves
Larry M lol first you play Minecraft then you then you misspell while and Minecraft
Majora’s mask I legit used the song of time at the end of the first day because seeing the moon get closer absolutely terrified me as a kid. It took me forever to finish it since I had to let the moon get close before I could climb the tower.
What about the Spanish zombies from the first Uncharted?
Ya thats a good one the mission in the dark nazi sub base was scary af, the uc2 part in heart of ice when the shadow of the monster moves out of view was scary too
Playstation exclusive Unfortunately
The legend of Zelda Majorias mask on the Xbox every one?...
The moon is coming for you.
So is my sausage
+Robert Gronewold So is Ben...
So is Jerry.
+Cyan The Epic you mean Jerry from "Tom and Jerry"?
+Aj Twitchell no he means jerry from that show where the guy says "YOU ARE NOT THE FATHER"
I like how they don't even take 10 seconds to explain why majora's mask is scary
Yeah you don't know scary till you play virus on timesplitters 2 and your running away from people on fire in the worst scream and death sound effects, ever
The legend of Zelda Majorias mask on the Xbox every one?...
No, it was on the N64 :)
+outsidexbox He's saying that it'd be cool to have it on the Xbox.
+Jordan Shead I'd rather have it for the Wii or Wii U.
+Vince Shadell it's already on the wii, on the e-shop.
Plus it got remade for the 3DS. Same with OOT.
Plus twilight princess is coming out on the wii u next month, how many more remakes could you possibly want :L
Jordan Thomas Ihave it for 3DS. i didn't know it got a Wii re-release
I honestly think Ecco the Dolphin is what started the snowball down the hill that is now my fear of deep ocean.
Where's Brink ? dat game...
Anıl Mithatcan Akbaş Lmao
+Anıl Mithatcan Akbaş whats scary about it
+Jessica Skeens That it exists.
Lol shit game
are you serious - spiders in minecraft ARE NOT SCARY AT ALL!!!!
Quick reminder that Jane has arachnophobia
Fear of spiders
polkarrty that explains it...
+Kai Robertson Oh my god.. I played that game before Minecraft was a thing on console and those things were ridiculous.
***** That gave me arachnophobia...those damn spiders
Jak and Daxter: Precursor Legacy
When you swim too far/are in certain bodies of water for too long you hear a quickening heartbeat before a giant fish pops up and swallows you whole. Oh hi there therapy
I was going to say Uncharted: Drake's Fortune then I realized this was Outside Xbox.
andy.. did you dye your hair?
+Babalooza was just thinking that
+Babalooza I don't think so, go watch last week's show of the week, I think it looks the same.
And neither is the Flood.
The Flood might as well be a horde of regular old garden variety zombies. Nothing even remotely special about them.
+Cody “Santenoturtle” Too bad. It's their list. They can do what they want.
True, True.. And I guess you could say certain mods could make it scary. There are some mobs that you really don't want to encounter in a cave with mods on, especially ones from the Dungeon Mobs Mod. The noises they make are just disturbing
*Enderman
Endermen? You rarely ever see them, so chances are you aren't gonna have a high chance of getting scared of them.
what about A Hat in Time when You're in queen Vanessa's manor oh boy was that terrifying
