There's a chick at Friendly Arm Inn second or third floor that asks you to clear out her home and bring back some stuff from there.
the ring with double the lvl 1 spell points can be sold for 9000 !!! gold, which a lot better than the ring itself at this stage at least; when you are approaching the end game, you could even buy it back with reputation 20 and friends spell setting charisma at or above 20, possibly for relatively little difference
You can pick it up, import that character into new game, you can do it over and over to get a lot of them. Limit is inventory space you have (gold does not carry over).
@@MortalReaver I once imported a paladin several times in order to grab several copies of the tomes. However, nowadays this sort of cheating could be equivalent to using EE Keeper and setting anything you want without having to waste time on it.

I'm playing Pathfinder Kingmaker and now you make videos about Baldur's Gate 1 EE and it will make me play Baldur's Gate 1 EE and Baldurs Gate 2 EE! Curse you!
Also I will pick Half-Orc Fighter/Rogue so I will have great stats and will never need any other rogue in my party in both games plus you can use lockpick in Candlekeep Inn to get Star Sapphire at the start of the game :)

I like your stuff but unfortunately I cannot watch any further because of the spoilers (I haven't played the game yet). I wish you had given your tips and tricks with natural story progression, reading out the dialogues, etc., and gradually revealing story secrets, instead of just telling us "oh, look, this guy is an assassin" and "click this and that dialogue mindlessly to get 900 xp". Don't get me wrong. I enjoy your stuff every much. It's only that this playthrough is not good for those who want tips and tricks without spoiling or undermining the story-that's me.
How do you have 2 other companions and over a 2000 gold after leaving candle keep ? Are you modding??
Idk about the gold but you've always been able to start with a full party if you want to.
18 charisma and the novels in the first inn in candelkeep, you need to tell them to put their jewels upstairs and ten you can smash or lockpick them from the chest.
Imoen is mine , either take her 1 on 1 with you or leave her in place .
