Totally cool to see you training here in Tucson. The running and biking community here are huge, and there's a LOT of great runners in the area. Lookup Southern Arizona Road Runners as the fall running season kicks off Labor Day weekend with the Saguaro race. Its in Saguaro National Park Sept 4th, and is a 8 mile hilly loop. There's a bunch of great running shops around town as well. Lucas Tyler at the Running Shop over on Ft Lowell and Campbell is a great place to get any gear you may need. I qualified for Boston over a decade ago, but I'm not running anymore, well......barely walking right now. I need knee surgery to repair a torn meniscus soon, but when I'm not working, I'm an NFL Super Fan for the Arizona Cardinals. If you're into the NFL, let me know, I'd gladly take you up to Glendale for a game and host you at the largest NFL Tailgate at State Farm Stadium.

Hey mate! Thanks so much for the info! I’ve been looking for a good group for some running. I’m definitely going to take a look into this, thank you.

@@trevorfoley7236 Dude, Bucs fans are amazing! My good friend Big Nasty whose been inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame now TWICE, hung up his face painting alter persona last year. The absolutely know how to throw a great tailgate!

Trevor I don’t know if you’re going to read this but just a little thing you can fix in your swim technique is to stop crossing over your head when you reach in front with the right arm.

Love the video, solid hours in the office, just a couple of things, when swimming with Sam & others they had swim caps on, is there a reason why/why not you didn't? Then watching the bike from behind with you & Sam briefly, were your hips rocking more than Sam or was it just the kits...Anyways keep up the great work, hope your doing stretching & bands to help those muscles after...

Because it’s 110f outside so a swim cap is just a tad to much

5100 seems like a lot when training for 70.3. How many times a week do you swim? And how far do you typically go?

He’s also putting focus into his swim so a lot of laps focusing on technique is always good
