You won’t regret I investing in a HTP Inverarc 200 TLP. Pulsed stick welder , it is ou “go to” machine for Aluminum field repairs / stickwelds. Extremely thin material & cast ( no shielding gas or tig rig needed ) we power it off our 302 airpak draws 47 amps NICE 👍🏻 Oven. It does need a latch your right
Why not just weld off the 302? I’ve used a fair bit of aluminum stick rod in the past, and yea it’s nice for outside for outside work, messy tho and the smoke shure stinks
