I was there. I must have been 11/12?! I’d won tickets to go on the radio in Germany and I literally stood at the barrier all day waiting for korn, I remember they played right after TurboNegro! Awesome festival! This performance is still etched in my brain 🥰🥰
- No unnecessary flashy tricks - No unnecessary drum fills - No"cut of the flow"of the song - knowledgeable of the right drum language for Korn but still inventive - Power, dynamics and"perfect"groove Ladies and Gentlemen........the man, the myth, the legend..............Mr. David Silveria
I hate to say it but the new drummer just does a bit too much...like it's annoying because it's too busy and embellished...sometimes straightforwardness sounds better.
He’s tweaking. I’ve done speed back in the day and have gotten that blank look before. Your mind’s going so fast that you’re not even aware of your facial expressions, or lack thereof.
@@davidd972definitely not tweaking. He was so depressed and hated life. He talked about how dark his life was during that time. Music was probably his outlet to get his anger ori
Everyone is saying bullshit. “High on meth” his blood was probably pumping waiting for the “drop” as you can see by his extremely enthusiastic head banging as soon as it dropped lol you can even see him stutter step he is so excited a little bit to early
I prefer the original ending using the octave shift, like the album version, then they changed the live ending to riff "hey!", riff "hey!" Just personal preference I guess but the early live versions of the song ending sound better imo ( the ending in this clip)
I really think this is the groovyest. Heaviest song they got.
Yall want a single?
Definitely not the heaviest but yeah man
I think it’s their heaviest.
Def not the heaviest

Ahh , nostalgia. 2002 , right before the internet got big and ruined music .
I love how the bass is everywhere xD
that last part that goes into the heavy rift always gets me "Give anymore!"

The real Korn drummer David Silveria.
Amen to that!!! My idol of drumming other than Dave Grohl, Jimmy Chamberlain and Abe Cunningham
Lol
@@mcmeeksy9261 So everyone else other than him? 😂
Abe has turned into my all time favorite but I've still got my tequila sunrise kit.
You can't blame Ray. They had to find someone. They lucked out twice
Ray is also real and better
Bare faced Jonathan scares the shit out of me.
Now that's a crowd, no phones.
Who cares?
Yea people weren’t exactly holding up their Nokia 5110’s at this time lol
Germans always were hardcore, in war or in thrashing around at metal concerts.

@@Grimeyhoob not just WWII you national socialist. Germans are notorious for their fighting spirits in war since Prussia.
