Went so hard on my first xtc capsule, NewYearsEve party, industrial area Amsterdam in 1994. Remember standing on the roof, little snow, .... and Portishead.
i love this song
This was my neighbour's favourite song, used to play it out loud for them in the evening..😊
Such a great song and so melodic, she hits the spot 👍
One of the best live performances I have heard
Holy fuckin shit, first time hearing portishhead seriously and get this song like a uppercut right in my jaw man
Loving you, Portishead. So much for this song and your (+ mine) choise to be woman! Meant to be. Proud to be! (This song even mentioned in famous literature!). deine ROMY!
I believe how she feels. 'Give me a reason to love you, give me a reason to be a woman'. That's the crux of every argument I ever had with my partner! Great song and heart telling.
If she is ever interested in ruining my life I am down 100%
Amen
Damn sexy a man feels this way
Thats how *both* my ex-husbands proposed to me.
I guess the line forms back here, I come pre-ruined, no assembly or disassembly required.
Same. ✌🏼
I always come back to this it melt s my heart ♥ love this song
That guitar is still cool after all these years, and oh yes the woman's voice. Love it.
This is such a sleazy, sultry rendition - love it.
Trip hop lives on 4 evah! Much luv from San Diego
I cant believe I have never heard of this band until last night. Will be getting up a collection of their stuff for sure. Awesome stuff right there.
This really is supreme. Cleo magazine in the 90's said get a friend , listen to this (the album - Dummy) , take an ecstasy each and see what happens
Still kicks ass almost 25 years later!
superbe ! ce morceau restera intemporel jusqu'au bout....
The album rewrote the soundscape at the time.
And one of the finest live bands you will ever experience.
