Even today wrestling companies WWE, AEW, ROH, Impact, NWA, NJPW, MLW are still claiming that their Champion is the world champion. So I really don't know who really is the real world champion Jerry the King Lawler did unified the titles when he beat Kerry Von Eric at superclash III but then again so did Chris Jericho, Ric Flair and Randy Orton.
