Thank you for correcting me everyone and sorry for the incorrect information...these are 🚫 not SISTERLOCS, these are MICROLOCS. 2 month update video is posted! ua-cam.com/video/nYy5x8IjRnc/v-deo.html
Your work is beautiful. You really care for your client’s hair. It’s important to note that Sisterlocks are a type of microlocs, but that not all microlocs are Sisterlocks. ( Similarly, all thumbs are fingers, but not all fingers are thumbs). The words “ Sisterlocks” and “microlocs” cannot always be used interchangeably. We recognize that especially as they mature, Sisterlocks and other microlocs can look very similar. But there are specific grid and retightening requirements for Sisterlocks that don’t necessarily apply to other microlocs. Sisterlocks cannot be DIY’ed. I’d be surprised to see a certified Sisterlocks practitioner openly demonstrating how Sisterlocks are established because of confidentiality expectations. I’m only messaging so that people considering loc’ing their hair can avoid paying steep Sisterlocks prices for locs that aren’t Sisterlocks. We need to protect our coins.
I think you did a wonderful job but I wouldn’t use the word sisterlock loosely as it is trademark brand and to avoid legal problems, I would suggest removing sisterlock even as a caption unless you are a certified specialist. There training and certification is extremely detailed and require a certified specialist to teach their method. That is why microlocs were created. Again awesome job!
Beautiful work! But please don't mislead folks by using the name sisterlocks because what you said in regards to them is incorrect. There's more to sisterlocks than them being small. Your grid work is beautiful and in love how meticulous you are. I'm sure you're building a satisfied clientele
Please stop using "sisterlocks" loosing. This is not it! Dont take advice or have someone do your hair that didn't even go through training or is certified
This looks nice and I appreciate the video but this has nothing to do with sisterlocks. These are microlocks and calling them sisterlocks is extremely incorrect

There’s no such thing as freeform Sisterlocks.
