You can not be mentally healthy without being socially healthy. Makes sense.

      Incorrect.
Any social convention that goes against a fundamental truth leads to stress in an individual or large groups, even if it’s adopted by the masses.

@@ValidatingUsername Those in religion think they are spreading truth, but I believe they spreading lies.
Atheist ... "Do you know for certain that a god exists?

      Theologian ... "YES I DO?
Atheist ... Do you know what the god knows?
Theologian ... "NO!. I do NOT! What God knows is beyond all human ability TO know."
Atheist ... "Then why are you pretending that you do know?"
      ----------------------------------
I hope the day will come when people realize that ALL religion was and is ... myth ... as have these ex-members of clergy.
From the book ... Apostle to Apostate: The Story of the Clergy Project … authors … Catherine Dunphy, Richard Dawkins “The word that leaps off the page in this quote is Mary Daly’s use of the word “myth.” Reading her book in conjunction with exegetical analysis of the Old and New Testaments cemented the reality that I had ignored: this “holy book” was a fabrication, a cultural narrative that only truly reflected the mores and values of the people who wrote it. As such, it is a wholly inadequate resource for humanity in the twenty-first century. Once that realization sunk in, I acknowledged that I was architect of this thing or idea that I called God.
As former clergy who have left churches of every denomination, synagogues, mosques, convents, monasteries, and theological institutions, we stand as examples of the reasonableness of doubt and its thoughtful conclusions. I cannot help but think that we offer a compelling voice for why science and secularism do a better job than religion and superstition of answering the so-called ultimate questions.”

Who is to be the JUDGE of who is socially healthy or socially unhealthy.
Those considered to be very emotionally and socially healthy commit murders. The serial killer John Wayne Gacy was a very social person.
Therapists could not and do not agree with each other's type of therapy.
The two famous psychotherapists Freud and Yung couldn’t relate to each other’s type of mental therapy … which should be a red flag to anyone taking counsel from those who think that “OTHERS” are the ones in need of mental “cure.”
From the book … Sigmund Says: And Other Psychotherapists’ Quotes by Bernard Nisenhotz and Lyle Nisenholz.
“Jung is crazy, but I have no desire for separation and should like to let him wreck himself first.” Sigmund Freud (In a letter to Karl Abraham)
“After parting of the ways with Freud a period of inner uncertainty began for me. It would be no exaggeration to call it a state of disorientation. I felt totally suspended in midair.” S.G. Yung

Thanks for honoring my freedom of speech.
When therapists and preachers keep stating that society is falling apart ... getting worse all time and we are all doomed ... what else are young people supposed to believe?
They should be taught that society has always been a mess and that we are all PART of the mess because life IS messy ... then everybody feels at least emotionally equal.
This talk about always striving for a society with better morals is way past being boring. We are selfish beings so there isn't any way we can create an unselfish society.
We now have 8 billion people on planet earth ... so if live appears MESSY ... it SHOULD appear messy, as that is a whole lot of selfishness causing the mess.
Dwelling on it ... doesn't make the mess go away as we are reproducing faster than we are dying off.
So I suggest that we should stop with all this down talk all the time ... especially on social media. It's boring and depressing and it has a dour negative affect on those who are young as they perceive that nothing good is happening in the world at all, and is getting worse each moment.
It's just tragic that it is negativity that sells so well on social media ... that in turn makes the podcaster very wealthy in deed.
